Everything about the food was terrible. I ordered a #3 no cheese or pickles. The Lettuce was wilted, the meat Pattie?s and bacon... looked and tasted as if they re-warmed, the buns were soggy. I was quite surprised! The car hop was upbeat and friendly. The food was hot! We had 3 combo burgers fries and it was all hot... and delicious. The soft drinks were all mix perfectly. That crew and the manager deserves big kudos! Read more
The running joke around the area is how this Sonic is always "Out of Ice Cream." But, today we went for four waffle cones. We... were told to pull forward while the ice cream "chills" and it will only be a minute. After over 30 minutes, a kid comes out andhands me a refund and tells me "sorry the ice cream machine is down." I would have laughed if they told us this at first, butafter waiting in our car for over 30 MINUTES!? We ordered at 18:14 and the refund was issued at 18:51. I went to talk to themanager "Jose" to tell him I would like a coupon for future ice cream cones to compensate us for our time wasted. Done with this Sonic along with the rest of the family. Have been going to this location for years. I fully understand today's... staffing issues/wait times etc. Not the problem or complaint here: but the past 6 months: always out of Ice Cream / "Machinedown" / Can't make the Blast's , "Machine Down". Always at night, but well before closing time. THEY ARE SO FULL OF IT. Thislocation routinely "PRE-CLOSES" well before posted hours and tells customers they can't serve you, "machine is down", like it'sthe first time they gave the lame excuse. Junior employee's even hesitate for a moment & say let me check when ordering, thencome back with the excuses time after time. If you cared about your guests, you would be happy to serve them & take their moneyright up until your posted hours. If I wanted to be told "we don't have any ice cream." I would of went to McDonald's.. Sonic has gotten ridiculous lately. I... should have to go to multiple Sonics to order. Either one is closed an hour early, and the other doesn't have ice cream or theyare understaffed and it's taking 20+ minutes for drive thru. Get it together Sonic! Ordered a foot long chili hot dog asked for onions, no onion, stale bun and undercooked hot dog, small portion of chili and... cheese. Onion rings were great. Steak burger was okay not enough cheese. Asked for lettuce, tomato and onion was an extracharge. Minute lettuce and onion. The commercial brought me to order this burger, I expect it to look like the commercial. Read more
