Yesterday, after I placed my order I could not locate my wallet to pay for it. I paid in cash and went home to look for my... wallet. While there, I searched numerous times before I was convinced that my wallet could not be found. I was doubtful that mywallet could be found, but I returned to Sonic Drive anyway and asked whether or not a wallet had been located. Remarkably, oneof the employees had located it and turned it in. Kudos to Mr. Fernando Melendez and the marvelous staff of the Sienna RanchSonic Drive in. You've raised providing excellent service to a new level. You have earned my business. Thanks so much. Waited for 50, yes FIFTY, minutes tonight just to get my order. Absolutely ridiculous. This place wasn't even busy enough to... justify it taking that long. Instead of making orders, the staff were inside yelling at each other. Awful service. Worst sonic.location I've been to. Won't come back!!! Read more

The manager was the person that took my order at drive thru. She was very pleasant and efficient. This is the place I go when I... crave a foot long chili cheese dog. They also have pretty good onion rings as well. I pass through there at least once a month. Read more

Waited for 45 min for an online order after i checked in. Didn't respond to button. When I finally got someone's attention,... they said they would start on my order. After 5 more minutes I was told the ice cream machine was down. Didn't get any of thefood I ordered either. Now I have to try and get a refund. Used to love this location but no more. Read more

We waited 30 minutes to order after the red button was pressed. I had to press the red button a second time because a car next... to us pulled up and immediately was being helped. After I ordered we waited another 30 minutes or more to get our food. I don'tlike coming to this Sonic, but my daughter does. I ordered a dill pickle burger add bacon and grilled onions, . The burger wascold no bacon or grilled onions. A young man came to my vehicle to ask me did I order a corn dog. Every time I come here thewait is long and the food is cold and not cooked to your request. My daughter ordered popcorn chicken and tots . We asked forranch dressing and ketchup none of these condiments were in the bag. I am an unhappy customer. Read more

Service is very slow, I waited 30 minutes for one singular drink. My drink had mold and a bug in it. My drink also tasted like... sparkling water? (I got a cherry limeade) Never going back to this location, they obviously have poor standards for hygiene. Read more

It?s kinda crazy here, like my order is not always correct but they are really nice and the burgers are like somebody Uncle that... used to own a burger shop in the back. These are sonic burgers x 10!!! They should be putting them in a brown bag because theseare those good hood burgers. Sooooo good! Even though I?ve had issues every time I?ve come the nice staff and good burgers bringme back! Read more
