The staff was amazing and very patient with us; we placed our order at a different Starbucks and they assisted us with getting... things straightened out. This Starbucks is always busy (a great thing) but they need more parking options or a higher lot.Starbucks help them out!!! Read more

Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I had business in the area and needed to do some work on my laptop so I... stopped in for a coffee break. The bathrooms are completely disgusting similar to a port-o-potty with trash & urine everywhere.Then the barista gave my drink away to someone in the drive-thru. When they remade the drink it tasted like straight milk anddid not appear to be mixed correctly nor could I taste the extra espresso I paid for. The WiFi lagged, I ended up having to usemy hotspot to work. Overall, I wouldn?t waste my time or money stopping here again in the future. I gave them two stars becausethe staff was friendly but they do need to be retrained on how to make drinks correctly. Also, management should highly considertightening up their cleaning routine. The bathrooms need serious attention, I would hate to know what else doesn?t get cleanedproperly at this location. Read more

Ive never given a 1 star review before for any review, so that should tell you ive tried this location many times before leaving... this. I've gone to this location since they opened and it used to be great but the last 4-5 times I've gone they either get theorder wrong or I end up waiting 20 minutes for an order I placed 10 minutes before I got there. Today I had the luck of watchingthe person "calling the shots" ,were her words, make mistake after mistake with people bringing drinks back, mobile orderstaking longer than people who just walk in and order and get their drinks almost immediately. I was patient and waited 15minutes watching all this unfold and her apologize time and time again to customers. She was nice, but nice doesn't get drinksmade right or in the proper order. Finally I went up there and asked her nicely and wouldn't you know it it was the two mobileorder stickers that were first on the machine and she kept skipping them. Then she handed me one drink and I stared at her andshe was like "uh is there something else?" And I say, "yeah, I ordered 2 drinks" so she goes back and sees the sticker rightnext to where she just pulled the other one. In total from time of order to receiving the drinks took 28 minutes. Whats thepoint of mobile ordering if a 15 car deep drive through is faster than ordering ahead. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION! Read more

They?ve closed the entire day because no one was scheduled to work yesterday. However, they stated on the door with a piece of... paper and horrible spelling. That ?sorry were lost power, we temporily closed?. Who ever wrote that needs to learn propergrammar and spelling. Thanks for making Starbucks a joke! Also, they weren?t closed because they lost power. If they?ve trulylost power the oil change store nearby will be out of power too. I asked a friend who works there. Apparently, they had ascheduling error and no one was scheduled to work yesterday. Seriously the lies they have to come up with. I was there today May 5, 2022 we waited for service to take our order yet no one was in line but they didn?t come to us right... away. Some one had to tell another worker someone is in line. So order was taken and I waited I noticed that their trash binwas full and that there were no more space if somebody was going to throw trash away. Then their tables and floor was reallydirty and not wiped down I was surprised to see this especially being a Starbucks the other locations I have gone to is usuallyclean this particular place was not put together at all someone at the higher management should over see this I know for sure Iwill not be coming back to this location at all. Love the Starbucks location. It's like 5 minutes from my house. Always have the stuff I love in stock: Jade Citrus Mint with... steamed lemonade & peppermint syrup, pumpkin loaf, chocolate croissant, and spinach feta wrap. The team is super quick!Excellent and fast service. I come here to study and attend work meetings because of the free wifi (great quality, not laggy).Drive thru is long but it moves quickly; if you hate waiting or have no patience, by all means come inside and meet the staff.They're great and will accommodate you if you haven't gotten your drink yet. Please be mindful that they are working quickly toget your order out to you. We all need to work together as a community during these harsh COVID times. Read more
