If you value the time that you have on Earth, don?t waste a minute of it at the Starbucks on Highway 6 and University. A visit... there could be compared to an experience at the DMV. After giving me half of my mobile order, I notified the associates of theitems that were missing. They looked at me as if I was speaking an ancient foreign dialect not heard on this side of thehemisphere for many generations, then proceeded to ignore me and go back to mixing caffeinated concoctions in an incorrectmanner. I asked three of the Baristas if they could get my coffee I ordered, again, only to be repeatedly ignored. At thismoment I had to realize the possibility that I was in fact a functioning ghost, having an epiphany similar to Bruce Willis atthe end of ?The Sixth Sense?. I finally was approached by one Barista, and after removing sanctions, a letter to Congress, andtough negotiations, I was finally handed my coffee. Read more
This starbucks is friendly and quick. The guy at the drive through window (most mornings) Ryan is a gem. Super nice, remembers... my order and asks me how my day is going. I see he's managing multiple things at once and with ease. Still making time toprovide great service. I'm always in and out super quick regardless of how long the line is.
