I'm so livid!! Ordered online for pick up. Received a message dating my order was ready at 11am. I live 3 minutes away. I get... here, notified then that I arrived through the app. No customers are in the store. I watch 3 PEOPLE GO in and get their foodbefore me. Man listen i tried do order a spicey Italian sandwich. and they were out of salami. So i asked if they can replace with... capicola. She said no because her count will be off. I ordered through the app, had a stop to make before picking it up, so plenty of time to prepare, I got there and they had no... idea they had an online order. Had to run another errand, told them I would be back. I came back and they gave me the wrongsandwich, good thing I checked in the car. And had to come back inside to have them make the sandwich.
