I'm so livid!! Ordered online for pick up. Received a message dating my order was ready at 11am. I live 3 minutes away. I get... here, notified then that I arrived through the app. No customers are in the store. I watch 3 PEOPLE GO in and get their foodbefore me. Man listen i tried do order a spicey Italian sandwich. and they were out of salami. So i asked if they can replace with... capicola. She said no because her count will be off. So i asked if sje was going to give me double pepperoni. she repied. No. soi asked will i only get half the meat fir the same cost. She said yes. It totally blew my mind. I ordered through the app, had a stop to make before picking it up, so plenty of time to prepare, I got there and they had no... idea they had an online order. Had to run another errand, told them I would be back. I came back and they gave me the wrongsandwich, good thing I checked in the car. And had to come back inside to have them make the sandwich. I came here for lunch. My sandwich was good and the cookies were fresh.
This location is in a decent part of town in a busy strip center but needs better management. They are consistently out of menu... items, chicken, pickles ect... Shows poor planning by the management. The employees are not rude but they are just not friendlyeither. The flavored waters are good though. Read more
To start the older lady was about to scam me with 4 spinach leafs, also when I requested avocado she said 1 or 2 scoops I said... 1, she proceeded to add the second scoop on top of that she sneezed like 4 times not on my food but still if you?re sick don?tdeal with the food. Then the younger gentleman was nice but looked absolutely miserable. The older gentleman was lost on thecash register and sounded dead inside 0 drive to make me leave with a smile.
