They sell more than smoothies. Very clean and employees are so polite. Food was really good!! I tried the Chicken Pesto and you... can choose a side. I chose the banana. Plus if you have Wellsfargo, there is 15% cash back till 11/21 you ( redeem first on theapp) Read more

I am coming with the review and regretfully so. I dined at Tropical Smoothie Cafe today and had the Chipotle Chicken Flatbread... which is normally quite tasty. Today I was eating my sandwich and was about halfway through the meal when I decided I wanted totake a few pieces of lettuce out to get more of the chicken and bacon. I opened the flatbread and immediately noticed somethingblack on my lettuce and identified that it was a small fly. After noticing this I immediately went to the counter and informeda staff member who was standing near the register. She immediately got her manager and when he came over I immediately showedhim the flatbread and the fly on it. He then looked at me puzzled and shrugged his shoulders. He then told me he could remakethe flatbread. In response I let him know that I really no longer had an appetite, understandably so and I would rather justget my money back for that particular item. He then asked me for my receipt which I had not been given one and he said I cannotlook up the order without the amount. This was after I had informed him of the items ordered. I told him if he could give me amoment I can check my account as I know that the order would also include a tip that I added to the total. Another staff memberwalked up and looked up the order on the opposite register and told him that she found it. He then proceeded to process myrefund for the flat bread and gave me a receipt for the refund and not one time did the manager apologize for this. I dounderstand that things happen but as a customer and someone who has worked in customer service I would definitely be apologeticthat any customer was not able to enjoy food that they purchased. I think an apology is the bare minimum however I did notreceived that and for that reason I will not be returning. Service can be hit or miss, but when it's a miss its a total miss. We often got take out from here and time it such that the... order is ready by the time I go to pick up. Few weeks ago they were running a promo for free smoothies and unfortunately thepeople coming in for free smoothies were far more important than those of us who paid for their food and smoothies. It tookover 30 minutes and prodding from me to get my food after I arrived. We had ordered food and smoothie combos and while the foodand 2 of 3 smoothies were done, the last never got made. All of the people coming in for free smoothies got theirs right awaythough. By the time I got my last smoothie, the other 2 were melted and the food was cold. I don't know if I have the patienceto visit again. I would rather take my business somewhere that would value it. Read more

Wife had me stop by to get her a smoothie. They don't have the "hurricane" anymore i guess so i asked for the closest thing. Got... home and my wife said yah that doesn't taste anything like the hurricane lol... Service was ok, the drive thru operator was verydistracted but the order was correct.
