McDonald's is always hit or miss on fresh French fries. This is was another miss. Cold and soft. I went through drive thru... about 12:45pm. The double cheese burger looked and tasted like it was made few hits earlier when they switch over from breakfastto lunch menu. Read more
NEW MANAGEMENT A.S.A.P. !!!!! A fast food restaurant or any restaurant should ever be this dirty ..food on tables,food on the... floors, trash cans over flowing ..sticky tables,dirty windows, parking lot had trash everywhere..not very inviting at all ..brooms and dust mops left sitting in the lobby ..I'm giving this McDonald's 1 star only for the fact that are food order wascorrect ..and I got 5 extra nuggets because apparently they do not take the time to count out 20 nuggets ..and the bathroom wasdisgusting this McDonald's is very poorly ran ..employees were polite and did bring us are order to the table in a timely mannerbut we were so distracted by the Flys that were everywhere that we took are meal To go !! The food was good and all but I specifically requested a Thor Love and Thunder toy with my happy meal. It was quite... disappointing when I received a toy of goofy on a train. Like my brother in Christ, how do you mix that up. Also I didn?t get myKorg milk. McDonald?s happy meals should make a kid happy. However I was left with a sad meal. As sadness is all I feel now. Worst place to eat in Mo valley. The food is not good its like its been there since the day before. Customer service is horrible... and they don?t listen to what you say they just assume. I do not recommend Mcdonalds in Mo Valley. Also to top the poor customerservice from the workers they are also lazy and do not put out a professional look.
