Ordered an 8 PC original recipe with mashed potatoes an gravy and Mac an cheese for the sides. When I got home I got 2 original... recipe pieces (the thighs) the rest was crispy. I had mash potatoes but no gravy and Cole slaw instead of mac an cheese. Themashed potatoes tasted liked they were scorched. Chicken had a bad taste like old grease. Charged for drinks then told no ice. Long wait for food that was not good. Biscuits had a funny taste to them. Threw them away.

The workera are fantastic, but because the speaker doesn't work it takes forever!!! We only have a 30 minute lunch and we were... in line for 25 minutes for our food! That speaker needs to be fixed!!! Read more
Speaker has been broken at least 2 months. One car ahead of me. 25 minute wait. Checked bags quick as i had a 20 minute drive... home. No gravy for potatoes. Dried out mac n cheese. Dry chicken. Not even deserving of one star. Not one single employee is wearing gloves so all the raw chicken they touch is contaminated your... sandwich buns. The lady who took our order was touching the computer then went to the window then went and got a bun out of thekitchen and started making a sandwich? just gross !
