This location's counter staff is not well trained. Cashier had to run get a manager for every step of the transaction. She... entered the wrong amount of cash I paid with and tried to short me $10 back. This was dine-in and I had to wait way too long formy order to be filled. By the time I got my fries, my double cheeseburger was cold. Overall performance was sub-par for aWendy's fast-food restaurant. My buddy and I should have gone to the McDonald's across the street. We rolled up with a crew of people and all our food came out correct and hot within 5 minutes. They were out of frosties that... night but everyone is out of everything right now so it was no big deal. Read more
This location was dirty, I watched an employee, a young pregnant girl reach down and push something in the trash can by the... fryers and keep on working without taking the time to wash her hands. I also witnessed other employees picking their face andscratching their bodies. The dining area was unkept and it was obvious the team was not properly managed. This location has gone so far downhill. I could be the only car to drive up, dry and old patties on my sandwich and cold fries.... Even if I have a wait, I havent gotten a FRESH burger patty from here in at least 4 visits. And last time I was pulled forwardto wait, the kid that brought my food out blew a huge vape cloud in my face the second he walked out the door. They've vaped atthe second drive window as well. I worked there for years and apparently all the good managers left. Read more
My wife and son went to this Wendy's location for our dinner. I wanted a bacon cheeseburger, but they informed them that they... were out of bacon. They also asked for Frostys and they were told that they were out of ice cream. When they got back withthe food and we're less than 10 minutes away the fries were cold and so were the burgers. Ranch asiago spicy chicken sandwich with bacon.... It was made so perfect,I don't think this level will ever be reached again!... It tasted exactly as the commercial makes it, I've had this sandwich made yucky before, rock hard day old chicken, or made amess with toppings, But this Wendy's location I have to say 9 outta 10 times...
