Last couple times they didn?t even bother to cut the bagel in half, and gave the thinnest possible layer of cream cheese. Can?t... wait until we get McDonald?s here. I have been all over Ontario for my job this summer and often stopped at Tim's for lunch or to grab a coffee. This Tim's was BY... FAR the most efficient one I have ever experienced. Every time I've been there the drive-thru moved incredibly quickly, staffwere always very pleasant, and my order was always accurate. Cannot say enough good things about my experience here, all newstaff should be trained by these people because they know what they're doing! Read more
Ordered the spicy chicken bowel salad they have. Always been good portions at other Tim's. I got 3 chunks of chicken, one leaf... of lettuce and a single scoop of the rice mix. About a quarter of what the order normally looks like. Must be easy to reduce theamount of food then raise the price. Rip off, slow service and rude staff. I will never be back. Read more
Friday June 10 @ 10:45 am We went through the drive through this morning on our lunch break, and whoever was on the speaker for... the drive through needs to figure out how to not rush you/be respectful to you. Every time we have gone, we have gotten the samegirl. She always ends the order screen before we finish our order- and then proceeds to get grumpy when we say there is more toour order. Along with saying "Dont stop. Keep going. Come on." Along with giving very VERY long pauses before asking ifsomething on the order is correct and or if we are done, giving us an annoyed tone. If you hate your job enough to rush peoplein the drive through when ordering for less than a minute (it only takes longer because you interupt) and hate it enough to justbe outright disrespectful with the tones of voices you use- why do you work in customer service.
