I completed and prepaid for a mobile order. When I arrived at the drive thru a guy who said he was the owner, he said he needed... to scan my app to give me my order. I showed him the app, which showed the order # had been paid for, but there was nothing toscan as the order had already been completed in the app and sent to the store. He stood at the window for approx 10 minutes,refusing to check for it items I had ordered and paid for. He said he wasn't going to give me a free meal. Finally, I explainedto one of the females who was standing behind him that I ordered via the mobile app and also gave her the order number. Sheasked had anyone received the order at first the answer was no then someone said oh yes yes yes and brought my order to thewindow. It was cold after obviously sitting for so long. I expressed to the "owner" that he was very rude and treated a regularcustomer very poorly. He said that well many people come there and try to get food and not pay. I said we'll I never have,infact I have come there almost daily and patronize his business. I used to get breakfast here almost daily but never again. Iwill not spend one penny here. If I could give more than five stars I would! The lady that took my order was outstanding! She was quick, friendly and had great... customer service. I work for a living but I don't mind being called sir once in a while lol. The bathroom here is always superclean which is great cuz I'm on the road all day. Great job guys! Keep it up. Read more

Good service here appears to be hit or miss. Today, a young girl was working the drive-thru line. When I was at the intercom,... all she said was "Hi." I was expecting that to be followed up with the typical service lines of "What would you like?" or "Whatcan I get started for you?" Neither of which followed. When I asked the woman if she was ready to take my order, she rudelyresponded with, "Yes, that's why I said, 'Hi.'" To which I replied, "Well I believe that there is usually something elsesupposed to follow that but okay..." And then... this individual had the nerve to say, "Well some people say that, but noteveryone does." Okay... chick. You work in a service role. Even if you want to respond that way, it's not okay because you aresupposed to embody service with a smile and try to be respectful even if you disagree (despite you being clearly wrong). I'vehad some folks be nice to me and get my order right, but it's never consistent at this location. If you have the time, just gofurther north to the one by Six Flags for better service and get your order right. Read more

This is the most Ghetto DD I?ve been to. I waited in line for 50 mins just to listen and watch these young girls talk about how... they hate the job and don?t care how slow it?s going. Some girl with long faux locks was rude in the speaker and tried to rushme only to get my order wrong. They gave the person in front of me the wrong order and said they didn?t care. They also shutdown the lobby. They young girls should not be employed here! Read more

Doesn't honor Dunkin Donuts promotions or app! Even when shown the promotion wouldn't honor it saying that they are not... affiliated with the app. The free coffee was valid through today and the promotion said you didn't need a coupon but was toldbecause it didn't scan they couldn't honor...second time this happened at this location...smh. Placed a mobile order as well as an order for munchkins at the drive-thru. Young man was confused, which is understandable, 2... orders 1 person! Received my coffee with all the sugar at the bottom of the cup! Sad that store # on re either wouldn't allow meto leave a review to get a free doughnut???? Read more

This is the last time I frequent this place. I did get the donuts in the evening. However if you're selling donuts, you should... never sell hard, stale, crusty donuts. Especially giving poor service like i'm inconveniencing you because you don't feel likeexplaining what donuts you have to the drive thru customers. The variety was poor as well. This picture is what i got after Igot home and opened the box. What a joke. Not even edible or visually appealing. Read more
