Glad to see this location is still open. They are pretty consistent and the food is good. If calling in an order and it happens... to go to the call center for some reason the call center rings up some items differently than in the store. Some items orderedinstore or speaking directly to someone at the store have a lower price. Beware of price jumps when ordering from the callcenter. Food quality is good. Read more
Ordered delivery from Pizza Hut website at 7:30pm last night and this is what we received: cheese pizza was completely burnt &... deep dish was not deep dish at all? It was just regular crust cut into squares. There was no signature charring on the edges andthere was so much crust, barely any toppings were on pizza. Had to order food from another restaurant for quick dinner sincethis entire order was so bad from Pizza Hut. Update to review?tried one more time on 10/29 and this Detroit Deep Dish lookedlike a pizza with sauce dumped on top. Never again! Read more
Worse customer service ever, I was really sick and I was craving a pizza, the person who helped me was really rude and was not... friendly at all. Although he saw me being really sick and had to leave asap he was on the phone speaking french or somethingwhile my pizza is right there cold. From childhood favorite to childhood horror I would have much rather went to lil Ceasars or hell even the 7-11 or red... baron pizza joking not joking the staff on this particular day was chilled and respectful showed manners...they forgot mypepperoni smh thats why I gave it 2 stars ... the other 3 ???? that's missing is because the quality from pizza hut itself has fell off the bread all thick n greasy and just not good... the sauce not good overall pizza not good I ordered theDetroit style last year it was actually decent this year was hideous and stomach hurt the pizza was room temperature Iguess the heat ovens don't work.. the pasta wasn't good or filled I had better of course home made but I've also had betterfrom frozen just wasn't good...the end times coming for some of these restaurants and it shows ... all the pizza huts areturning into other restaurants ... step your pizza up. Really weird and annoying that any time I order an extra tub of cinnabon icing, I'm given an extra tub of PIZZA HUT icing. I... mean, if they just don't have any cinnabon icing on hand, then fine, but maybe let me know? Maybe ask if I'd like the pizza huticing instead? (my answer would be 'no thanks'.) But then again, OBVIOUSLY they DO have cinnabon icing on hand, since that'swhat they put on the cinnabons... ???? It's a tiny issue, but a very annoying one, especially since it seems like it shouldn'tbe that hard to just... give me more cinnabon icing. Greetings Google family and friends you guys know me I'm always leaving reviews on all the places I stop over. I was so mad when... I wrote this one I had type o everywhere. So the pizza was sooooo sad so I so today I want to talk about Pizza Hut now I lovePizza Hut personally I'm a Muslim and typically I just get me some beef with some olives banana peppers hopefully one day PizzaHut will offer beef pep as Muslim sisters and brothers can order a beef pepperoni pizza from them too but until then hey beef itis with veggies so I ordered a stuffed crust pizza on last night and the stuff Crust itself was good. but the bottom of thepizza with all of the ingredients where, was horrible the pizza was so thin that all of the ingredients in the sauce soakthrough the pizza so when you lift up the pizza from one end it looked very sad.. Pizza came room temperature not hot at all manager Thomas was very rude and I had to go back and forth with him just to give me... credit to get another pizza. I ordered delivery and he told me I couldn?t get a refund or credit unless I bring it back to thestore from the beginning until we went back and forth for five minutes then he allowed me to get it. That?s very unprofessionalof him I would?ve rated it a 0 if I could because food and service was bad! And I hate to have to be portrayed as a liar whensomething is wrong with my food. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt because I ordered last week tooand they had to make me another pizza and deliverer because I waited an hour and half for my pizza after it said delivering anddidn?t get it. I was on the rd so I couldn't order online. The store said they did not have any specials. Therefore i paid $36 for two medium 1... toping pizzas. Very disappointed! However the worst part was the pizzas were not edible!!! The cheese and sauce were all overthe pizza covering the entire crust and dripping over onto the box. I couldn't even pick up a slice without it dripping over andthru my fingers. Then on top of all this the pizza was under cooked and very doughy. Worst pizza I've ever eaten.
