So my family and I arrived there at 10:48 pm. They were done with making chicken for the night. My family got the 2 can dine... with a side of red beans rice and fries. I got the 5pc with a side of red beans rice, and tropical frozen lemonade. They didn'thave our first choice of pieces chicken. But they had our second choice. The food was a perfect 10. This place has really gone downhill!! Every piece of chicken they gave me in a 8 piece was miniature!! Make sure to check your... bags because they will forget something!! Guaranteed!!! This incident occured a week prior to me writing this. The manager along with the staff is incompetent. I should not had to wait... for 30mins for my order when it was ready with in 2mins of me making my drinks. No order number was called, no parts of theorder was called or anything. 20 minutes my food laid on the counter getting cold and no one said anything. When I finally gotexhausted of waiting and confronted them with the issue I received attitude from the girl who took my order, silent inactionfrom the boy who supposedly was the one assigned to hand people their orders, and laughter from the girl who appeared to be asupervisor. Also keep in mind that I ordered $70+ worth of food and I was one of maybe three other people in the restaurant..You'd figured they would prioritize my transaction with more seriousness. They were more concerned with the uber eats driversthan the customers right in front of them. They then offered to remake my food but by that time business had picked up a bit andthey were out of most of the food in my order. I just gave up and demanded my money back and left. 30 minutes the whole thingtook. Completely wasted my time. I work in the service industry and this staff is an embarrassment to it.
