We ended up sharing plates which works well here. The eggplant salad was salty and the Kafka was good but lacked the flavor you... would like from a nice restaurant that chose to serve it. We thought the pork tenderloin was excellent and the pasta also great. Read more
Unfortunately Il Posto Rosso was a bit of a miss despite working with some fantastic ingredients and having excellent service. ... Plating and execution were great, and they have some novel and creative ideas going on, but every dish we tried lackedrefinement and left us consistently thinking about what the dish could have been had something been different. We hope that thechef is open to some constructive criticism, with the quality of ingredients they are working with, this place could easilybecome one of the best restaurants in Moab with some relatively minor changes to the food. Finally, an amazing restaurant in Moab. The chef comes from Amangiri Resort and uses all local ingredients to create mouth... watering food. The food was magic on the taste buds. Using local produce, eggs, meats, Honey, by far, the best restaurant inMoab. I love their "to-go" menu for quick take meals for your adventures! On a recent visit to Moab, I was lucky to secure a reservation for dinner. The small, but amazing hidden gem, is a farm to... table + sustainable establishment. Amazing experience last night. My husband and I were sat in a beautiful and comfortable corner section adorned with throw... pillows. The rock star was a deliciously sweet and creamy blueberry lavender drink, their Americano was made to perfection. Thefillet mignon was cooked to perfection and the Chipotle dipping sauce will be engraved In my memory forever. The gnocchi tastedso fresh and the carrots were so light and refreshing.
