Amazing experience last night. My husband and I were sat in a beautiful and comfortable corner section adorned with throw... pillows. The rock star was a deliciously sweet and creamy blueberry lavender drink, their Americano was made to perfection. Thefillet mignon was cooked to perfection and the Chipotle dipping sauce will be engraved In my memory forever. The gnocchi tastedso fresh and the carrots were so light and refreshing. Their decedent dessert was the topper of the night. And the crumblycookie was just Devine. ???? Read more

We ended up sharing plates which works well here. The eggplant salad was salty and the Kafka was good but lacked the flavor you... would like from a nice restaurant that chose to serve it. We thought the pork tenderloin was excellent and the pasta also great. Read more

Unfortunately Il Posto Rosso was a bit of a miss despite working with some fantastic ingredients and having excellent service. ... Plating and execution were great, and they have some novel and creative ideas going on, but every dish we tried lackedrefinement and left us consistently thinking about what the dish could have been had something been different. We hope that thechef is open to some constructive criticism, with the quality of ingredients they are working with, this place could easilybecome one of the best restaurants in Moab with some relatively minor changes to the food. Il Posto Rosso: Listen to yourstaff, I'm certain they can help recommend some changes that will really elevate the cuisine and respect the ingredients thatare being used. Read more

Finally, an amazing restaurant in Moab. The chef comes from Amangiri Resort and uses all local ingredients to create mouth... watering food. The food was magic on the taste buds. Using local produce, eggs, meats, Honey, by far, the best restaurant inMoab. I love their "to-go" menu for quick take meals for your adventures! An absolute gem and soooo happy that this restauranthas come to town! Read more

On a recent visit to Moab, I was lucky to secure a reservation for dinner. The small, but amazing hidden gem, is a farm to... table + sustainable establishment. I ordered from the dinner menu and made it vegan. The cauliflower, pasta, Angel bread, andsquash was the best! Cheers to the Chef and the entire team! Read more

Just a tiny bit overpriced in my opinion BUT I will say it was an excellent experience. It's very small, only a handful of... tables so definitely get a reservation. The food was delicious and perfectly cooked - especially the steak and scallops whichare so often overcooked at other restaurants. A few dishes were just a touch too salty (like the mushrooms with the scallops)which I felt threw off the balance of the dish and masked the simple "fresh" flavor of the ingredients themselves, but ingeneral the flavors were thoughtful, inventive, and the cocktails were so fun and delicious! The hostess and waiters were so sonice and great at explaing they want the experience to be about sharing small plates, taking your time, and relaxing.Unfortunately I think we were the only ones doing that this night which is a shame because it was perfect for just that. Theyalso have delicious espresso to accompany your dessert (get the torte!!) which was delightful. Read more

I truly cannot say enough great things about this place. Not only are they far and away the best, most finely curated dishes in... Moab, but the ambiance and the staff are really just the icing on the cake. From the moment you walk in their doors, you?rewelcomed by a fine mix of high end decor thats comfortable, warm, and inviting. Once seated, I was greeted with some of the besttable-side service I?ve ever received in all my time visiting this town. Everyone is well-informed and makes you feel right athome. Even the Front Desk Manager went out of her way to hand-write suggestions for a pair that was heading out of town thefollowing day. It?s so heartwarming to see people in the service industry who genuinely care about making those connections withtheir guests. I had the pleasure of starting my meal with the Butternut. If you get the opportunity to speak with Chef deCuisine, Troy Szczotka, and learn a piece of his story, you?ll understand just how much love he puts into each one of his dishes(not only that, but you can definitely taste it). They?ve even found a way to make healthy food taste like comfort food (i.e trythe Cauliflower!). And I?m certainly not the only one who thinks so. At the end of my neighboring tables meal, I heard themagree to cancel their other dinner reservation the following evening so that they could come back to il posto rosso and tryeverything that hadn?t gotten to the first time. I will absolutely be back each time I visit Moab!! Read more
