Terrible service, long wait for burgers, and they messed up both orders. Order a Quarter ponder with no pickles, I get a friggin... bacon burger. Yuck! Order a kids meal cheese burger plain. I get a plain burger with no cheese. Over-paid losers from a poorAmerican educational system are too blame. Read more

This store consistently has great service and cheerful employees! I always use the drive up so have not been inside in years,... but the windows are always clean! Hahaha I wish they would put more sauce on the Big Macs... :) Read more

Honestly, I?ve never thought very highly of McDonald?s.. this one must be new or newly remodeled. Very clean and modern dining... area. The bathrooms could be cleaned a bit better but they were better than I would?ve expected. The staff was ok, but notoverly friendly. Didn?t get the right order but it was close enough. Read more

Solid experience here last night. When I arrived at 9:30, the drive-thru had a bit of a line and appeared to be moving slow, so... I opted to go inside to order. I used one of the automated order kiosks, which was pretty easy to use. My order was up withinabout 6 minutes, so really not all that bad. Plus, the drive-thru line was clear when I left with my food. The food itself wasthat dependable McDonald's level of tasty. Read more

They were not quick about the service. We used the app to order, but they could not give us milkshakes because the ice cream... machine was broken. They did not remove the milkshakes from the order (and have it credit our credit card with the amount of theorder that could not be fulfilled). Rather, they tried to compinsate us by giving us $1 cash for each milkshake ordered.Milkshakes cost more than $1, but the management was unavailable to talk to us about this. We were so frustrated that we leftwithout a proper refund. Other people in the restaurant were having the same experience as me. The food was what I wouldexpected: good enough. The service was terrible. Did not seem like the people knew how to use the machines to give refunds ifthe ice cream machine was broken and ice cream was ordered. The coffee was just awful I couldn't even take a whole sip. The coffee is usually good at other McDonald's but this wasn't it. ... My husband and son also got some breakfast that was cold and just not what we usually get at other McDonald's. Read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They got our order wrong... they gave us 3 cups instead of 4 and we were missing... a double cheeseburger. My spicy chicken sandwich was sloppy and the chicken was not at all tender to chew. Overall, the food wasbarely warm... should've been a lot warmer if the food was just cooked. The staff was very loud and seemed to be more interestedin having fun and messing around, instead of doing their job. As me and my family ate our food, we noticed 4 other customerswalk up to the counter because they were missing items from their order. One was a father with a toddler that said he wasmissing half his order. He went through the drive-thru, so he had to park and walk in, and then waited about 10 minutes beforethey gave him the rest of his food. That was terrible. As we were leaving, one customer said he never got his order and theemployee went scrambling looking for his food. He just shook his head and walked back to his table. I wasn't going to write abad review, but I feel it necessary because they'll never improve. I witnessed 4 customers with issues with their orders in aspan of 30 minutes. I can only imagine how many issues they have during a whole shift, or a whole day. Perhaps this crew wasjust an exception, but nonetheless this is unacceptable for a McDonald's, that usually is pretty good with what they do. Afterdriving all day (family road trip) we were very tired, and the last thing we needed was a bad experience from a usually reliableestablishment. I Love the interior to this McDonald's, it's very open. The workers here are generally kind good people. And are more than... willing to help fix your order when they get it wrong. Not perfect, but a whole lot better than the wendy's. Read more
