Amazing quesadillas. We ordered 4 different kinds, and all of them were excellent. Very original, made with fresh ingredients,... perfectly cooked and well presented. Also the service was very good. Very friendly and fast. It was a very hot day, and westayed at the tables next to the truck. The shade and the water pulverizers made it quite livable despite the heat. I would nothesitate to come here again next time I'm in Moab. Read more

My husband loves quesadillas, so as soon as he found this place in Moab, he told me we were going. We tried the Southern Belle.... I loved that it wasn't your traditional quesadilla. The addition of sweet potatoes was my favorite part. There were many otheroptions I would have been happy to try, but we went next door to check out the food truck park.
