I had just gotten back into Moab from a two hour drive. I sped to make it back in town before Subway closed and arrived twenty... minutes before closing time. I was greeted by one of the workers who just said ?We?re closed? I looked at the hours on the doorwhich states they are open until 10 PM. I asked ?So you closed early?? The worker began to say ?Yeah we close at 10? but stoppedhimself before he said 10 because he saw the clock and saw that it definitely was not 10 and he just reiterated ?We?re closed?without an explanation as to why they were denying me service within their hours of service. A little ridiculous but Iunderstand, if I had no dignity, I?d probably do the same to a customer. Read more
Service was extremely inefficient and slow, and it wasn't busy. Subs were good. Best to call ahead.

On the evening of June 30th, 2022, we arrived in this Subway location 20 minutes before the closing time. We had been on a long... road trip coming from the Grand Canyon, AZ and we wanted to order some food and dine in. But an employee had all the chairsflipped over on the tables, immediately denied us and didn't let us dine in. He was very rude and told us that we could onlyhave take-outs, no dine in. I had a short argument with him and he mentioned that he has permission from his manager to denycustomers to dine in. So, here's a short message for the guy and the management that failed to provide a good customer service:(Your town is a tourist point that people all over the US and the world visit, you should learn a thing or two about customerservice especially when you're doing business in a touristic town like Moab. I couldn't believe it when my children wanted tograb a chair and sit but you stopped them while you were still open. I will NEVER take a bite at any Subway again because ofthis. My bf and I were starving and decided to grab a quick bite before leaving Moab so we stopped at this Subway. In a nutshell the... workers were friendly, the subs were wimpy and subpar (as they?re typically known for), and the floors were horribly dirty(crumbs everywhere and nothing properly maintained/wiped down). The total price for two six inch subs and two drinks was over$20. My advice is to skip it and go somewhere else or buy food from a market. Read more
Sometimes going to a Subway restaurant can be a gamble. You honestly never really know how fresh and clean the place will be.... Moab?s subway isn?t this way. I have always been a big subway fan when it comes to eating fast food. They are the most fresh and healthiest among all the fast... food options out there. However, to my observation their quality has been compromised a bit since the pandemic came in. This isjust another subway, conveniently located in the town of Moab. The service was fast, the staff person was nice. The washroom wasvery clean and maintained. The sandwich was exactly what I was looking for. What else can I ask from a fast food? Everything wasfine.
