Feel bad for the night manager and "crew" (1 person doesn't make a crew, especially if they're new). Night mgr (a man) was... running all over trying to keep on top of a full rush while "crew" did the best they could... inside was horribly uncomfortable,you would think a company as big as BK would keep the a/c in working order not to mention do more to get, train and keepemployees. We had a bit of a wait but it was understandable and the mgr was very apologetic and polite..... unlike what I'massuming is his supervisor who came in to.... well I don't know why she was there because she did nothing and she wasn't verydecent at all.... little fish in a big pond on a power trip perhaps, definitely not impressed. All in all, impressed with nightmgr and his one crew member, as well as my food, not impressed with the rest.... he's the only reason I gave three stars. Read more

I feel bad for the people on shift. There are only 2 people working. The lady working the drive thru is a champ. Exceptional... customer service. She was very apologetic of the situation. The 2 staff members definitely had their hands full with largeorders ahead of me but they totally rocked it. Read more
Plenty of seating inside and has TVs and has a room where a private room where you can have parties or a meetings or anything at... and the food is good and hot. They have great customer service also I would go back there again. Read more
This has always been my favorite burger place in town..I was severely disappointed today..first of all the kids in the drive... thrus customer service skills left something to be desired..He practically threw my food at us, I get to the house to eat whichis literally 4 blocks away, only to find out that we have no sauces of any kind, no napkins and no receipt in either bag. MyWhopper Jr.looked more like a regular hamburger and literally fit in the palm of my hand...I've been eating Whopper Jr's fromBurger King for as long as I can remember...my favorite fast food burger!! Love the food. The two for $6 deal is great if you have a family. The store it?s well overdue for a remodel. There is no... substitute for the flame broiled taste of the Whooper! They do seem to be a bit short staffed at times but they do get the foodout quickly most of the time. My first time there in Missouri Moberly was the best service and the best burger perfection Whopper I ever had in the last 10... years me and my grandkids we had three Whoppers three cheeseburgers and three large fries they were a super Perfection I willnever forget the wonderful hospitality and the food service I ever had in long time I hope when we go back sometime next weekit will be just as good our Whoppers were even wrapped perfect perfection they were not squashed like that some other places doout in the south thank you so much for the best experience that we enjoyed it so much????????????????????
