If I could give less then 1 star I would!! Horrible customer service, they are ALWAYS out of chicken, which last time I checked... your a chicken restaurant!! There is a certain member on the staff payroll that should be fired!! The time before last when wewere there she waited on us and kept complaining that she was tired, to us the paying customer (I don?t care to hear about thatI want my food) tonight when we went she (same girl) informed us yet again that they were out if chicken. Hands down worst bucket of chicken I have ever purchased. Got 16 piece meal paid &60. Chicken was extra crispy but steamed so... long all the wet crust was falling off leaving just chicken skin covering meat. Terrible. I did get a free half gallon of Pepsiwith my order. The food is typically not that great. Additionally, there is almost never chicken at this particular location. Every other... location has had no issue with this that I have been to. This is a new restaurant in town and I would assume there would be noissues with meeting the needs of this establishment considering it has only been here a year. But there is. Went to KFC tonight in Moberly Mo and needless to say it was a total disappointment. Starting with ordering I sat at the speaker... to give my order for 5 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged so I kept saying hello then rudely someone said we will get to youin a minute. Once at the window the girl handed me my 3 pepsi's with no ice and said sorry she forgot to mention they were out.My son and I took a drink of our soda and it was hot so I told her we didn't want them, she then said do you want me to get youice from the lobby? Well duh why wouldn't she do that in the first place. Then I received my bag of food and my Nashville hottenders were in a paper bag sideways and all the red sauce dumped out and leaked onto all of my other food. When I got home wedidn't get our mashed potatoes/no gravy and we didn't get the corn I ordered also the chicken tenders were not breaded good halfof it looked like it was all scrapped off. I definitely won't ever be craving that place as the food and service was juststraight horrible. Read more
