If I could give less then 1 star I would!! Horrible customer service, they are ALWAYS out of chicken, which last time I checked... your a chicken restaurant!! There is a certain member on the staff payroll that should be fired!! The time before last when wewere there she waited on us and kept complaining that she was tired, to us the paying customer (I don?t care to hear about thatI want my food) tonight when we went she (same girl) informed us yet again that they were out if chicken. Hands down worst bucket of chicken I have ever purchased. Got 16 piece meal paid &60. Chicken was extra crispy but steamed so... long all the wet crust was falling off leaving just chicken skin covering meat. Terrible. I did get a free half gallon of Pepsiwith my order. The food is typically not that great. Additionally, there is almost never chicken at this particular location. Every other... location has had no issue with this that I have been to. This is a new restaurant in town and I would assume there would be noissues with meeting the needs of this establishment considering it has only been here a year. But there is. Given this place four chances. Unfortunately every single time Ive chose to eat here my order has been messed up. Last night I... ordered a 16pc Chicken tender family meal, for nearly $55 and got my food and drove home. When I get home and open it up none ofthe chicken were tenders, they were wings, and thighs. After calling the store over 10 times with no answer between last nightand today to try and get credit for being given the wrong food I definitely won?t be going back and I wouldn?t recommend anyoneto this location. After buying a 16pcs meal and 12pcs tenders and paying close to $70, we were told that it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken.... Didn't have a problem with the wait time, even told them "not a problem, take your time.". After the long wait time the workergiving us our food, basically pushed the bags at us while saying "here's your food", almost tipping the bags of food over. Stillnot a problem, everyone is allowed to have a bad day and maybe this was hers. Now, imagine how LIVID you'd be when opening upthe food when you get home and seeing your 16pcs so greesy that the box is almost leaking greese and the original crust chickenis too greesy for the breading to stay on. Then you open the 12pcs tenders and they look like they have been ripped apart andthrown into the box and to top it all off when you try to pull the box of tenders out of the bag to snap a picture of it to showmanagement, the entire bottom of the box falls through dumping all the tenders on the floor. Went to KFC tonight in Moberly Mo and needless to say it was a total disappointment. Starting with ordering I sat at the speaker... to give my order for 5 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged so I kept saying hello then rudely someone said we will get to youin a minute. Once at the window the girl handed me my 3 pepsi's with no ice and said sorry she forgot to mention they were out.My son and I took a drink of our soda and it was hot so I told her we didn't want them, she then said do you want me to get youice from the lobby? Well duh why wouldn't she do that in the first place. Then I received my bag of food and my Nashville hottenders were in a paper bag sideways and all the red sauce dumped out and leaked onto all of my other food. When I got home wedidn't get our mashed potatoes/no gravy and we didn't get the corn I ordered also the chicken tenders were not breaded good halfof it looked like it was all scrapped off. I definitely won't ever be craving that place as the food and service was juststraight horrible. Read more
