Most generally I dont complain alot about the food service in Moberly. And i only do this because this issue has happen more... often than i care to admitt. When i go to the only Sonic in Moberly anytime after 11pm i do not get served. At all! The mobileapp ordering is not available and despite pressing the red button i do not get any service. For example tonight i pulled in iparked got my phone and looked at the time. Since i go to sonic typically 2 times a day i already know 11 pm is the cut off formobile order. So i press the red button. I feel the disappointment already come over me. Because i know there is not a chance knearth that i will even get a response to the red button let alone actually recieve an order. So i wait......and wait...... andwait. I arrived at 1109pm after a 16 hour shift. I just wanted a slush. Who would have to die to recieve a simple slush after11pm on any night of the week here in Moberly Mo? Im still waiting. But only for the dramatic effect. Current time is 1135pmand the red button is no longer activated. The screen indicates ti press the red button to start my order. HA! Jokes on them! Ionly fall for this once a day! Never twice! Way to go management at the Moberly location. Your evening or night shift hasdropped the ball once again. Sonic is not a bad place to grab eats and drinks but they don't always put cherries in the limeade. Be sure to ask for them if... you order a cherry limeade. Read more
Spent $23 on the 2/$5, a chicken sandwich with fries, 2 cookie dough bites with ice cream, and a large & medium drink. The... large drink was changed to a medium, didn't get the right size straw for it either, and didn't get any spoons for the ice cream. Read more

Went and ordered chili cheese tots and two burgers, the tots were hard and old. Burgers were cold to the touch. I paid $22 for... the meal and this is what i got.I get that you guys don't want to turn the fryers back on or cook new food when you guys are anhour before closing but this is ridiculous. You don't serve customers old hard food. It's pure laziness. Read more
The wait time for them to take our order was like 5 minutes and we order 3 sonic blasts and when the order finally came out my... wife order a cookie dough blast which had a few pieces of cookie dough on top and I order a Reese peanut butter blast which alsohad a little on top and the rest was just vanilla ice all the way to the bottom with a big air pocket about mid ways down on all3 and the third blast was a mini m&m with a few on top also and the funny part is when I had someone come out he said there wascookie dough in my wife's that when they mix them the blades chop the dough up real fine.
