Great sandwich. Made with care. First good sub I have had I'm awhile. Very tasty. Update; I have been getting subs from this... place 3 or 4 times a month. I ordered 2 subs with extra meat. No extra meat on either one. One of the sandwiches that Irequested to toast the bread was so hard the sandwich just crumbled, and fell apart. This is the second time ordered extra meatthat was not added. The sloppiness of the sandwich shocked me. Watch the herbal cheese bread overbaked sometimes. Knocking downtwo stars due to consistent issue. Update bought two subs Sunday, and I must say they were awesome. I bought a tuna and asteak teriyaki. The bread was baked like it was should be. Three different workers there Today had a great attitude and seemedto enjoy making sure the customer got what they came for. It appears the problem at this place is finding workers who care aboutwhat they doing. Need more workers like these three. Kudos to excellent job ????????. Read more

We went to one location and they were out of bread. The location on Morley was the second place we went. The manager was... working. She was delightful and apologetic of her employees at the first location. Her fantastic attitude and kind service aswell as her hands on approach to make up for our horrible service at the first location made up for our bad experience. Worst Subway experience ever, not only were they out of half my order and expected me to still pay for the drinks and cookies... they were out of since they didnt know how to fix the patment. Maybe next time take off items online if your currently out orcall the customer to see if theres anything that can be done, after all the app requires you to give them your phone number.Which makes you wonder what they are really using the information for. Oh to top it off, seems the staff is not able to followdirections well as well, asked for both sandwiches in my order to be cut into thirds, and they instead only cut one sandwich inhalf, idk maybe they thought i only wanted 3 sandwiches. And then they put ranch on my sub instead of the actual mayo i orderedand didnt give me a receipt to even show any of this happened. Glad ive my online copy Read more

When I got home with dinner, received 2, 1/2 bowls of soup. Pretty expensive soup! Will pay more attention next time I go to... Subway. Read more

This location has great food and personable staff. Management is the issue and attention to detail lacks. Opening up after a... holiday with no food prepped and no bread made. Management gives the excuse closed early the evening before. With no extra timeon break I had to get something there. Only able to provide some of the things I wanted on sandwich management wanted me to payfull price for a less the satisfactory sandwich that I wanted. Eventually providing me with very little discount. I choose thislocation due to with only 30min lunch break its the quickest. Still have to go inside because EVERY call in order is notcorrect. Either a ingredient are missing or a Jalapeno is confused with a cucumber although written correctly on ticket. ORbeing put on hold for 20min to have just been forgotten, so after 4 separate incidences in a row I now have to go the extracouple of miles to other location. I believe this location could improve with better management in the future. Read more
