I had to come and post because I just had an amazingly perfect experience at this Taco Bell. I usually expect at least one of... the common fast food problems, but literally not a single thing could have been better. The staff was friendly and fast, theydidn't forget a single item or customization. My beef tasted better and fresher than it ever has. Taco shells not broken orsloppily stuffed. My side of cheese sauce was boiling hot. My food was hot, and they gave me plenty of sauce packets and napkinswithout any reminders or mistakes. Someone needs a raise. Read more

Had a worker lie and almost dropped the food out of the window. Was given only 1 straw when I'm with my grandmother. The woman... that handed us the food was rude and told us she had put mild sauce in the bag when she didn't worst place ever NEVER GO TO IT. Read more
Chalupa meal is great. Wasn't as much meat there. Extra meat is a charge but overall great box meal. Drinks are great
Went to drive-through trying to use app , app would not work. tried to explain that to the girl on the other end of the... speaker. First she said she could just take the order there which is fine with me. Then she said no she can?t take the order andonly could do the box meal through the app. Then she said ?did you try the app?? I don?t think she understands we did tryseveral times but it would not let us submit. Then she got a manager. we explained it to the manager and she said come aroundand I?ll see if I can help you. We came around and she said come inside because it runs up her timer and makes them look bad.She also said there?s other customers waiting but there was nobody behind us at all. And she kept repeating was it runs of ourtime. she cared more about running up her time then customer service. I guess that is more important to her so that she looksgood to whatever manager is above her but I hope the manager above her read this comment. I understand that this may be athird-party app if it is so you cannot handle it then do not use it. And explain to the customers that you are incompetent. Andyes we did not order from there we went next-door to Burger King where we got excellent service quick and prompt and painlessand courteous and not rude as we did get at Taco Bell. Worst Taco Bell food experience. When you order a bowl, you should not be able to see half of the bottom of the tray. Where is... the ingredients I paid for? 5.99 for a couple bites of sauce is all I got. Secondly, all the tacos ordered were stale andcracked. The meat looked like dried out alpo dog food. Within 10 min of eating one taco, I was in the bathroom throwing up. Thisfood at this location is disgusting!! Needless to say I would drive an extra 20 min to Macon Taco Bell rather than ever visitingthis establishment again. Beware people , this food will make you sick immediately!! Food came out hot and very fresh. The dinning area was a bit on the messy side. When I arrived there were three large trash... bags just sitting by the front door. As a customer I did not find this all that appealing. Staff were polite. The kitchen areawas need of cleaning but the food prep area seemed to be in order. Read more
Ordered supreme everything and only half of the tacos has sour cream on them. Was pretty fast tho.
