Had to wait on food for more than 15 minutes. Saw 2 employees get into a argument, heard a 3rd employee swear at the other 2.... While the manager immediately called the 2 who were arguing to his office to speak to them, he did nothing to the 3rd person. But when doing that he left the front area with no one to care for customers. I agree that employees should have been spokento, customers should of been taken care of first. I barely eat at Wendy's because I have yet to visit the one here at homewhere there hasn't been an issue. I'm not sure if we will go back again. Ordered a watermelon refresher. Watched a girl make it, while her coworkers stood around to watch her. All of them looked to be... in high school. I could hear everything they were saying. One boy even said "that's way too much syrup, I've never seen anyoneput that much syrup in!" When I was handed the drink, I said that I wanted to taste it to be sure it wasn't too sweet. Surely,it was, so I asked for a new one. The girl took it and said "it's too sweet" back to the crowd of coworkers. A heavy-set younglady said "I'll handle this." She took the drink and pumped even more syrup into it, put the lid on, then stood for about aminute swirling it around. She came to the window and said "here, have a nice day, ma'am" with a cheeky smirk. I contacted themanager, shortly after, who said she would address the situation. I understand many areas of employment are desperate foremployees, but this young lady's attitude and customer service was unacceptable. Read more
I'm giving three stars for a reason, otherwise I would give five stars. We placed an order through their app to be picked up at... 6:10pm. When I got there the two guys up front were acting confused. I waited for an hour for my order. If it wasn't for thegirl at the drive thru, Krystal, I might still be waiting. She got up there and took over. I understand that those two guyswere new but an hour wait is just too much. I hope they get better soon because they are the best fast food place in our areaso far. If I could have I would have given Krystal a raise and made her an assistant manager. She handled that like apro. Update: it seems like the store has a much better team of employees now. I was so excited that Wendy's was coming to moberly but so disappointed. We have been there several times. The times we only got... a frosty was fine. But 3 times now they didn't have what I wanted. One time in drive-thru they didn't have the salad I wanted sogot a different one and they said they only took cash so lucky I had cash. This last time I was inside for a salad and said theydidn't have any. They seem to have many problems. Read more
Been a while since I had Wendy's, and the new Moberly store did not disappoint! From order to delivery was very short and the... people were friendly. The food order was spot on! My only disappointment was they put the straw in the bag, and it got crumpled.That's it. Read more
Good food, especially love the Hot honey grilled chicken sandwich with fried pickles. Yum. Only issue we had was even with a... pick up order (through the drive-thru) it took a very long time to get our food. The vehicle behind us even left. Also weordered a sandwich without mayo and it still came with it, so it was inedible for the person who ordered it. Read more
Sat in drive thru for 15 mins. I get they're short staffed like most every business these days. At least get the food right.... Ordered a big bacon cheddar chicken sandwich and received a tiny slider looking sandwich. Don't have time to sit in line againso little burger it is. Plus side is, the burger was pretty good. I understand businesses being short staffed and all, but we waited in the drive through for our food 15 minutes. On top of that... we got home and I got about 4 bites into my breakfast sandwich and found a long white hair in it. Ruined my appetite that?s forsure.
