Pretzel hot and fresh. Customer service very friendly and courteous. It was clean in the store.
I recently went here to get the mini prezel dogs, she said they had none cooked so I was about to leave. She basically talked me... into the regular prezel dogs ha ha and a srawberry lemonade, she was the sweetest person ever, very outgoing she needs a raise,she basically talked me into staying which is excellent business!! Customer service is lacking. Each visit had plenty of employees but had no desire to work. They also didn't have much... available. I don't mind waiting for fresh pretzels. Each time I've ordered and waited, the cooks wouldn't communicate theorder is ready to the cashier. Then we would end up asking the cashier about our order, so the Cashier would ask the cook if theorder was ready.....and the pretzels have been cooked sitting there for a few extra mins. ???????? A great place to go. They have all types of pretzels.
They serve delicious pretzels they have a lot of different flavors when. I get a chance I usually stop by and grab a pretzel.
The girl said it was a fresh batch. It didn't taste fresh and they just didn't have that normal Auntie Anne's taste that I crave... for. I was very dissatisfied and wanted the Auntie Anne's taste that I love so much. I won't be buying from that Auntie Anne'sagain. Read more
