This place has the best breakfast I've had IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! We had the chicken and waffles, cathead chicken and biscuits, and... a potato cake. The biscuits were warm, soft, and fluffy. The gravy was so flavorful and creamy. The chicken was hand breadedand not some frozen nugget like you often get at breakfast places. The Orange juice was fresh squeezed. Great spot tucked away in the heart of midtown Mobile. I was quickly seated and served and ordered the chicken and waffles and... kids pancakes. The waffle was soft and fluffy, while the chicken tenders were juicy and flavorful. I'm not sure what they do butthe chicken taste like it was brined and marinated well. The batter was flavorful but not overbearing and complimented the meat.Overall a great meal and I will definitely be going back. Read more
First time coming here and it was perfect! Our waitress was super sweet and the food was delicious! I ordered the Belgian Waffle... with Roasted Turkey. The waffle came with house syrup and the turkey was perfectly seasoned. Although we sat outside to eat,walking inside to be seated the atmosphere seemed great and the interior decoration and set up was pretty! We will definitely begetting breakfast here again! Read more
I?ve been twice since they?ve opened and each time it?s been a delicious and pleasant experience. They?re good, so expect a... wait, reserving via yelp is your friend! I?ve had the cheese omelet with its amazing magical sauce oozing out, fries boast a tonof flavor, they?re crispy, and hot! This go around I ordered the Fried Oyster Scramble which sounded odd but was absolutelydelicious, flavorful, and had an awesome crunch! My wife had the Jack Benny and she was not disappointed, eggs were poachedperfectly, she did mention wanting more hollandaise sauce! But overall excellent. Read more

Food was excellent, but mimosas were flat. Overall nice experience. Sat at the bar to avoid 1 hr wait. It was raining, so... outside seating was closed. Very attentive wait staff. I will reiterate, the food is excellent. Biscuits were soft and doughy,white gravy was very peppery without being overwhelming, and chicken had a very crunchy exterior with a surprisingly moist core. We visited on opening day and it was great! The staff was super nice. I got the avocado toast on gluten free bread with hash... brown cakes and coffee. My friend got a breakfast scramble with a biscuit and she commented that it was one of the betterrestaurant biscuits she?s tried. We loved our food and can?t wait to come back for more! What a refreshing experience. The ambience set the tone, the bar invited you in and the food aromas wafting throughout pleasured... the olfactories. The kitchen's execution was impeccable, the omelette was beautiful, hot, well balanced, especially with thegoat cheese.
