Really not satisfied with my service today. I asked for one chicken tender cut up. I arrived to the window to be told there?s a... knife in the bag for me to cut up the chicken tender for my son. I just had to experience it for myself I guess! This location had it all figured out. Prompt greeting, fast and friendly... experience for certain. Levels above most other fast food franchises; not to mention this location is on one of the busiestroads in the state of Alabama. The long lines kind of scare me you know. Well not anymore. They actually brought my Peach shakeout to me long before reaching a window. I'm sure my experience made my shake taste so good riding down the street too. I'm afan of this location and company. My first inside visit to this location since COVID and must say it was disappointing. The inside was not as clean what I would... expect for a Chick-fil-A. Second I'm not sure they were really ready to start serving inside since it was comparable to being atMcDonald's as far as service. Last part is the to go salad is so not worth the cost. Chick-fil-A is a good place to get chicken nuggets and chicken sandwiches. Their chicken items taste fresh and are nice and... warm. They have good French fries to have with meals. The staff seems nice and efficient and prices are reasonable. You candrive through or eat inside. Read more
11/21/22 @ 827am. Got in drive thru to a very rude worker working the speaker. From huffing and puffing to moaning then I had to... give my order again because she didn?t enter it. Not the service you expect at chic fil a. She was so rude we ended up gettingout of line and not ordering. Read more
