Me and my daughter go here and we have a great time all parents and kids all have the same agenda and just trying to have a good... time. As long as you don't need the staff for ANYTHING you will have no issues. They have what seems like 10 or more peopleworking in the back but all say they don't work this register or that register. And you end up having to wait 30 minutes just toorder food or cash in tickets or try to extend your play time cause the kiosk does not work. I gave this a 4 because all thegames were in working order and once you get past the staff it's a good place for me and my lil one. Read more
This place is not where you need to go for good service. I had to ask for ice to be put into the drink machine. They put in... enough to last for 10 minutes and they were out again. I had to ask for a knife and fork and then it seemed as if they didn?twant to give them to me. All of the games for small kids are gone and replaced with games for older kids. This is not the placefor 10 and under. Did I mention the animatronics are gone as well? I know that there are staffing issues here like everywhereelse but the crew here was trying to do as little as possible to make this a great experience. I had a lot of fun here ! Considering the remodel I wasn?t too much of a fan of them remodeling but it was really fun to me the... pizza was good it did take a while though but it was perfect! The games were fun! Overall I enjoyed it but if your looking foranimatronics they removed them sadly. Read more
Held my toddlers birthday party here. We had a great time but there isnt much for toddlers to do and the prices are outrageous.... There was nobody stationed at the front to stamp hands. A few of the games also did not work. This definitely isnt the how Iremember it. Its more like a arcade now. However we made the best out of it and the staff was friendly and helpful. Read more
This place isn't even a Chuck e cheese anymore it's just a big arcade with a money-sucking gimmick. We did however have a great... time but I can't believe y'all did away with the scary robot characters that used to be on the stage. Read more

My children had a great time. The unlimited play for a certain period of time makes it super convenient.
