listen to the 1 star reviews, this place is trash. Almost an hour in line to be told that my online order didn't go through,... despite being charged. horrible. The prices have also gone up, but the service has gone into the trash can. The people that workthere don't care at all. First all, the receipt does not have the store number printed on it. Absolutely horrible place! Waited in line for over an hour (cars behind me so I couldn?t get out) just to get to the window for... them to be out of spicy chicken and macaroni, if you guys are moving that slow you may want to keep up on the food! Tried the new smoked chicken dish and it did not taste good. It was too dried out and the smoke taste was too strong. My wife... said it tasted like propane gas. Don't know if it was the way the chicken is treated for that taste or that the chicken had satin a heated cabinet made it taste that way. Either way we will not order that again. Read more
Went there around 7pm on a Tuesday. Was told there was no chicken and it would be 30 minutes because they just dropped some. I... waited in the parking lot for exactly 30 minutes and pulled back in the drive through to be told the EXACT same thing. I statedthat I was here exactly 30 minutes ago and was told that and the lady rudely stated ?I don?t know what to tell you. It?s goingto be another 30 minutes.? I asked why she lied the first time I was in the drive through and she was rude and asked if wewanted anything else instead. I came to churches CHICKEN to get chicken. So they basically the workers were lying to everyoneabout cooking chicken when they just did not want to cook anything. I don?t mind paying money for food especially if it?s good food but today I feel like I wasted money. I got a 10 piece mixed... meal I really don?t like dark meat so I asked could I do all white and just pay the difference. I was told no so I was cool withthat so I just got the mixed meal.
