I appreciate the salad bar. Very basic, but acceptable. The pizza was fresh, soup was good, the cheese bread was delicious. Oh,... you also get to learn how to bus tables. Scrape your plate here. Place dirty plates here. So, if you have never served food inyour life, you will get an appreciation for a part of what the hard working food service professionals do. I did not go for a long time bc the food and service was garbage. However, they must have gotten a new staff bc when you walk in... the famous "Welcome to Cicis" seems sincere and they are quite enthusiastic when greeting. The pizza is much better and thedining area is always clean or in the process of being cleaned. The salad has more chores now and everyone seems eager to assistwith any request. Best experience ever at CiCi?s. The staff were super attentive and friendly. The place was very clean. The manager was... enthusiastic and helpful. The food was very good, fresh and well stocked. We?ve visited this location probably over a hundredtimes and only one other time was I ever impressed by the staff. One thing we miss, the brownies used to be warm and they tastedso much better that way. Read more
The food was hot but they struggled to keep the line even halfway full. The staff was friendly. But when we arrived we had to... wait about 15 minutes because the manager was counting the only open register during the dinner rush (5:30ish). The down fall was there wasn't enough pizza they was slow on having the buffet table prepared. I took my grand daughter there to... celebrate her birthday and we had to wait 30 minutes or more for food. And when the food did make to the buffet we didn't have achance to get anything because of the other customers loading there plates up until there wasn't any pizza left. So we had towait another 20-30 minutes on pizza. The bathrooms were dirty filty to be exact!! I was very disappointed needless to say mygrand daughter was happy because she's a child and didn't know any better. I will not visit the establishment again myexperience was bad. Went here for a family outing and it was the worst experience we?ve had here. For a Friday night, there was no pizza out, and... the pizza that was available was burnt. The cheese sticks that are normally so good, were super doughy? The wait time for freshpizza was too long and the selection was slim. The staff wasn?t able to keep up? I asked for a refund bc my wife and I couldn?treally get anything to eat worth eating? The ?manager? gave me my money without any argument and stated that they were trainingnew folks? The staff was good and so was the pizza. Just didn't sit well with me being charged $1.50 for each glass of water with our meal.... It used to be free, the cashier informed us that the cup for water would be 1.50, we don't drink soda and I feel like we werebeing nickled and dimed. I also understand that it's a business and they need to make money, this just disappointed me, and willmake me think twice about my options. Read more
