We order at this location often. Often enough that we were redeeming a Free medium pizza from spending so much money there. We... ordered a Medium pepperoni pizza (Free) and bought a Buffalo chicken sandwich and garlic twist with the Five cheese dip (one ofour children will only eat this) . My husband arrived home and the pizza and the sandwich were great. But we did not receive thetwist and the dip was just burnt cheese at the bottom of a pasta dish. We live about 30 min away and they said they would remakethe twist with cheese so we went back to the store after I allowed my children to eat what we did receive and when we arrivethey said we needed to present them with the bites (we didn't order bites we ordered twist) that we never received and theyhadn't even remade our stuff. And then they proceeded to tell me there is nothing they can do because it took two hours toarrive back to the store which it did not. And I allowed my children to eat what we did receive so we wouldn't be eating coldpizza. I am very dissatisfied with this store tonight. They have no regards that they are making family's dinners and gettingtheir customers hard earned money. Not a dollar the employees are earning in that store is worth my money anymore. Read more
Chicken Salad, a 5 year old could have made it, DO NOT waste your money, go to Winn Dixie and buy a premade. Very low quality.
Ordered 1 14? pizza and a 20 oz coke. Said I would receive pizza in 32 minutes. Called after hour was told it was because my... address was further than delivered from their restaurant. They have delivered here many times in the past. Btw my house is 1mile from their location Then was told they didn?t get my order. Not pleased at all. I was told to go on and cancel theorder. My pizza was old, with grease stained through the box. The Sausage Pizza had some of it was tipped over and with cheese stuck to... the roof. To add on top of this, one slice was seemingly missing out of the thin crust. When it got here they just threw thepizza on the porch. Also, they hung up on me when I called. The only reason this place has a 3.9 Rating is because of randompeople with default profile pictures all rating 4 or 5 stars with basic 1 sentence reviews. The responses from the owner arejust automated messages sent to everyone who leaves a low review, and I doubt they actually check the emails. 1/5 stars, I wouldvote lower if I could. Read more
In order to leave this review I had to select at least 1 star otherwise I wouldn't have even clicked on 1 star. My experience at... the Semmes, AL Dominos was the Worst! I called and placed an order for a chicken taco pizza and garlic bites and paid with acredit card after which a different girl picks up the phone to tell me they no longer have the taco pizza on their menu and thatI needed to order something else so I simply ordered a pepperoni pizza and Garlic bites and paid again with my credit card. Bothorders charged to my credit card around $60 total. I was told it would be 30 minutes an hour later I call and they tell me itwas delivered. Not to my household I canceled the order and went to Arby's. I will never order from Dominos again they obviouslyare not interested in making their customers happy and don't care if you patronize their place of employment Read more
Great tasting pizza. Employees are nice.Clean as well. They get orders fast and right.
We called in our order & the wait was 30 mins. No problem but when we got a text that our order was ready. We tried to pay at... the window. I think the guy with the gold earring in 1 ear, bald hair cut & a black fella was the manager. He told us our orderwasn't ready yet. He told us someone was going to take care of our payment but never happen. Then was told to drive back aroundthe window for our order & payment. They don't take payments at that window was told my a white female worker. We was told byblack fella that someone was going to collect the payment. We went to the drive thru twice. We had to wait like an extra 30mins. or longer. A car ahead of us was park in front of us waiting on their order. The drive thru was backed up. They shouldhave parked the car ahead of us. The people finally got their order. Then we pulled up & my husband spoke with a black female.He explained what happen. The young lady was very apologetic. Also,when I got home my order was wrong.
