Would love to speak to the owner of this franchise. I work in a hospital and have a very specific window of time that I am able... to eat lunch. If I don't eat then, I don't get lunch. For this reason me and another person placed the order around 10:45. Itgave an estimated time of 11:30 (perfect, my lunchtime)...we did not receive our order until 12:50pm. I understand being shortstaffed and having a lot of orders, however there needs to be other systems in place for this not to be an issue. There shouldbe more accurate estimated times given. My order said that it was being "Quality checked" for over an hour, and then it neversaid that it was in the delivery phase. If there are so many orders placed that it is going to take you an extra hour and ahalf, do the right thing by the customer. Our pizza was cold and not fresh. The manager gave a refund, which I do appreciate butthis simply should not even be an issue. I will not be ordering from here again. I hope the owner of this franchise is consciousof what is going on in his/her company and I also hope that corporate would do something with the ordering system to betterresolve this. Read more
A few weeks ago we ordered and over an hour later our pizza still had not left the building. I talked with the manager and he... said he would take care of me next time I ordered. Decided to try again tonight. My husband decided to order on line. Once againmy pizza has been out of the oven well over an hour. We have been on the phone trying to reach them for an hour and they won'tanswer. It's been out for delivery 40 minutes. We live 10 minutes from the store. I'm completely done with this domino's!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at this Domino's Pizza. We ordered pizza online via the website for delivery , and after 45 minutes noticed... that our order had remained in the same step on the pizza tracker. After this we decided to give the location a call to check onthe status. We spoke with someone who only kept repeating, "The order is not ready yet," and would not provide me any additionaldetails. We then asked to speak with the manager. We were placed on hold, and no one EVER came to the phone. At this point wehad no other choice, but to head to the store location to try and get our pizza and/or money back. This was a majorinconvenience!! It had now been over 1 hr since we place the pizza order online, leaving us to attempt to find this location inthe dark in an unfamiliar city. Also might I add, my pregnant best friend was with me, and gets extremely ill when waiting toolong to eat. The health of her and her unborn child were threatened!! We arrived to the location, and were not greeted! Oncewalking into the store, you could hear the phone incessantly ringing, which explains why no one ever came back to our phone callearlier. The first employee I spoke with still could not provide me with any information on the status of our pizza, so I askedto speak with the manager. The manager came to the counter, and after asking once AGAIN about the status of our pizza, saidnothing, but instead walked away and threw her apron unto the floor, leaving us hanging. None of the employees addressed usafter this, and continued to work as if we were not there. I again had to flag someone's attention. I asked the employee ifsomeone could even tell me if our pizza had been made. His response was, "I'm not sure what's really going on, our generalmanager just walked out on us." At this point, we were left with no other choice but to ask for a refund. We left this pizzalocation angry, and most importantly still HUNGRY. WOULD NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! Read more
The new Pepperoni, sausage, Asiago / Parmesan medium pan pizza. ***EDIT... No sausage or Asiago and it was a hand tossed crust.... *** I'm so done with Domino's. After having to wait for my order to be replaced since they drop my first one, the Philly steak sandwiches were like eating a... cheese sandwich. I guess, we got punishes for them dropping our first order and only put just a tiny bit of meat on eachsandwich and only on one side of each sandwich. This dominos is the worst. I ordered a bread bowl pasta and my pasta had a hair wrapped around one of the noodles. It was... grotesque. I?ve tried reaching out to customer service online about this issue, but I?ve received no follow up. To have arestaurant send out food during a pandemic with a strand of hair cooked into the food is reprehensible. Shame on you, Dominos.On the app, it gives you real time updates about the status of your order. The final check during the ordering process is?quality inspection.? So, either they are not inspecting the food before they send it out, or someone was not doing their job.Either way, I?m disgusted and ashamed that I have spent money here before but that won?t happen again. This is my favorite Domino's location! Always so consistently good and fast (I always go earlier in the day). Awesome job guys!
