It's gotten a bit better, depending on the time of day. Lunch/dinner is the best time for a good burger.
Went through this morning for the first time at 5:50 am? man at the window was awful!!!! Extremely rude and visually upset that... I ordered a chocolate milk once I got to the window, I didn?t realize by doing this I was going to receive the attitude he wasgiving me. I work in the service industry, do not use the excuse that we are so desperate for employees we wars willing totolerate this type of behavior, area manager needs to check the footage as to how this was handled this morning and let this manfind a job that doesn?t deal with the public. had to ask for jelly. they never include it. get to my destination their isn?t a spoon or fork in sight. they need to do better
The food was good as normal but the lady at the counter needs a lesson on manners. The floor was wet from air conditioning vent... right in front of the cash registers and we told them about it and they said ok but didn't do anything and I was so afraidsomeone was going to fall. The exterior of this disgusting building speaks for itself. The place is falling apart. I can?t imagine an actual owner showing... up to this place and taking any pride in his food if the exterior of the building is a paint peeling rust bucket.
