HORRIBLE! I had to come back one time because they messed up my order and it wasnt a big deal and I was very nice about it and... was not rude at all. UNTILL I GOT HOME AGAIN and my order was still not correct! However I didnt know untill my sister bit intoher sesame ?chicken? bowl and she realized they gave her SHRIMP INSTEAD OF CHICKEN. I hit this Hibachi Express more frequently than any other restaurant (fast food or sit down) in Mobile. There aren't many places... you can get a large, fulfilling meal for $10 anymore and their chicken or shrimp hibachi is always great. Read more
