Ordered through DoorDash for curbside pickup. We were told it would take 20-30 minutes for the order to be ready. My wife... arrived there approximately 25 minutes after we placed the order. The directions on DoorDash state to park and someone will comeout and meet you at your car. My wife waited 10 minutes with no one coming out and then had to call only to be told she had tocome in to pickup the order. She brought our very young son thinking she wouldn't have to get out of the car, but had to unpackhim out (in the rain mind you) and and take him in and then get him back in the car afterwards. That led to our food sitting andwaiting longer than it should have been. By the time she got home, her food (bone in wings) was lukewarm at best, all the frieswere beyond soggy and falling apart (containers had no vent holes to allow steam out), and we realized they forgot to put herranch dipping sauce in her order. Didn't get better from there. Smoked bone in wings did not taste smoky and weren't terriblycrispy like most other wing places. Decent wings. Apple BBQ sauce on the wings was really good actually. Curly fries may havebeen good fresh but lukewarm and soggy were pretty terrible. Boneless wings with buffalo sauce were basically over-breadedwarmed up frozen chicken nuggets with some Frank's RedHot on them. Not great wouldn't recommend. Also got an order of the friedoreos which were pretty good, but probably better warm. To top off the experience, my wife and I both had, let's just call itdigestive distress, after that meal that lasted quite some time. It gets a 2 because the fried oreos and apple bbq sauce weregood. I Ordered the 11 wings and received them cold, and hard as a brick. Hard to believe since my dasher was exceptionally fast... getting it here. My Fries were lukewarm. I ordered an extra ranch dipping sauce and did not receive that nor the dipping saucethat came with it. The southwest Cajun dry rub was exactly that, dry. No ?spice or heat? like stated.
