They make a good sandwich, but if you get anything cooked on the flat top, you better want it the way they think you should have... it. They're lazy and ignore any requests regarding those sandwiches. 6 out of 6 times, I've been ignored when I ordered a hotsandwich. Their food is the best. The roast beef is cooked in house and it is amazing.
Order wrong, over priced. We were supposed to get a regular Italian on wheat with extra meat and no oil & vinegar. For $12, we... got a 6" on white with some extra ham, slathered in vinegar. I called the manager to let him know what happened. I didn't wantanything but a "I'll check into it". Didn't even get that. The Gargantuan at Jimmy John's is just down the street and it costsless. I?ve been in this location twice. Both times they?ve closed before closing hours. Employees seem as if they just hate their jobs... and is very rude to customers. My last visit they actually let me in and had a attitude saying they were out of everything sothey wouldn?t have to make my sandwich. I was livid and tried to keep calm. Whoever the manager is at this location need to havea staff meeting and train every employee on how to maintain great customer service. Also, if the sign says you close at 9. It was easy to order with the app and use curbside pickup. I had a mini turkey & provolone sub Mike's way, no onions, plus mayo.... It was really delicious and the perfect portion. Next time I'll get a bag of chips... because really, a sandwich just needs somechips. Read more

It was pretty busy coming into this restaurant around 11:10am. I ordered their famous Philly Cheese sandwich with onions and... peppers. I must say, I was not disappointed. They made my sandwich pretty quick and it was still steaming hot till the very lastbite. I can thank my brother for referring me here, it's a great place for subs that's for sure.
