I ordered online and needed to use the bathroom. There?s no signage in the store, I asked if they had a restroom and was told... ?no?. Very odd because I called the customer service number and they told me every store has a bathroom. Seems discriminatory.Won?t be back. *****Updated 9/15/22***** The message from the owner is BS. Wasted my time going to the website to report theissue. Still waiting for a response. Also called customer service and never heard anything. Walked into their location Sunday around mid-day, the employees behind the counter were just standing there like they were... frozen to that spot. No ?Welcome to Jimmy John?s? from either employee. So one of the girls slowly made her way to the cashregister and just looked out side, not once did she say a word. Ordered my food and again just a since of the employee did notwant to be there at all. The entire staff had the exact same attitude. I look at it not being their fault but that of theleadership who hired them. There are certain training requirements each store, restaurant or business are to complete and ensurethe the personnel they hire comply with. Review of Jimmy Johns 6920 Airport Blvd, Mobile, AL Jimmy Johns is absolutely my favorite sandwich shop & I get lunch from this... location at least once per week. Staff is always friendly but I am growing tired of my sandwich being made incorrect. I alwaysorder the #9 with no onions. 3 of my last 4 visits I have returned to my office and tasted onion on the 1st bite and had to pickthe onions off and I can only tase onion when eating the rest of the sandwich. The last two orders I specifically asked onpickup if there were no onions & the answer was "Yes, No Onions" both times. It has happened when they are busy & when I am thelone customer. I am beginning to wonder if they make the sandwich incorrect on purpose. I have been eating at Jimmy Johns inmany locations for years & I do not recall my sandwich being made incorrectly at any other location. They need to get thiscorrected or I will have to switch to Jersey Mikes. Not as good but at least I can watch them make my sandwich to ensure it ismade correctly. Read more
