The restaurant appears to be without proper supervision during my visit. I was told to pull up to a waiting spot to receive my... order after paying for it. This made absolutely no sense to move if no one was behind me nor anyone placing an order behind me.The lady that did eventually brought the order gave me the impression that she was imposition and was not happy with her job. Ifshe didn't like her job, she needs to find one that better suits her. I'm not impressed with this location. UPDATE... funny howthe managers give a generic response back to issues but totally fail to state what went wrong and how they plan on fixing theissue. Let's do better Krystal's. Read more
Slow, told us to pull forward and then closed the restaurant when we were there a hour before close. Then when we finally got... someone back at the window they acted like we were bothering them and had very bad attitudes acting like it was our fault theyforgot our food. Read more
I only regret it's not possible to give a negagtve score. Spent in excess of 20 minutes in line for breakfast on a Sunday... morning. Couldn't even get an order placed. Saw several cars ahead of me drive off from the drive thru after receivingnothing. Finally gave up and went to Bojangles, which had 4 cars in the drive-thru and I still got my order placed, paid for itand received my food in leas than 2 minutes. Read more
We are in Mobile Alabama. We went to two Krystal's. Government street took about 30 mins to acknowledge us at the drive thru at... 3 am. Finally someone came to the window and told us they had only things that were fried and no chili or burgers at all. We5hen went to Dauphin Street and no one came to the window or door. Now these place are open 24 hrs. Finally went to the Hwy.90location got 0rompt and very courteous service and fresh food. We were there in July 15. What is the problem. Won't go againhorrible. One of my favorite places to eat service is always fast food made fresh. I never had any issues when I stop by and grab a combo.... If you haven't tried them or you had white castles I do recommend you try it at least once Read more
@Krystal. I thank you for the response but it seems this is a pattern. Before this visit, it had been 2 or 3 months since I had... been here. I asked for a low carb scramble bowl with sausage and 2 side orders of bacon. I only got 1 side (2 pieces). I got tothe window and asked for JUST a coffee cup and was told no. Just no. If it works 1st pic is of menu on wall what I ordered; Breakfast Plate Combo > 3 cracked eggs... fried, biscuit, sausage and grits & drink looked great on their menu pic > 2nd pic is what I got; small portion of scrambledeggs, two slices toast bread, grits, sausage & drink. My wife and I ordered around 11:30 Tuesday night and had the worst experience we?ve ever had at with any food service industry... we?ve encountered . We waited ordered the light the drive through . It was us and in either person . They were waiting at thedrive thorough menu when we pulled in so not sure how long they?d been waiting but did wait 5 min waiting before anyone askedthem what they wanted And seemed irritated while waiting . We however, waited over 10 min before someone started taking ourorder. The person that was in front of us had been gone for at least 5 min before we ordered . The entire time the lady takingour order was yelling ( actually yelling) at us, asking if we were done ordering yet , and it?s not like we had a big order.When We ordered one meal and 2 extra sandwiches, after we were done she told us to wait a minute . 10 min later she came overthe intercom and yelled at us again asking why we haven?t pulled around yet , when she told us to wait . After she gave us ourfood she walked away , we had to back up , to pull back by the window and asked for Mayo . She gave us two packets for 7sandwiches then slammed the door in my face . Asked for no onions and when we got home there were extra onions and it almosttasted like nothing but onions and is was very soggy and falling apart.
