The service is fantastic - they are very sweet, friendly people. But I'm very disappointed with the turkey I received. They... offered smoked and cajun smoked turkeys. I ordered smoked, not realizing that even the smoked has cajun seasoning on the skin. Iordered smoked turkeys from other markets before and they never had cajun seasoning. The cajun flavors really don't complementthe traditional seasonings used in the rest of my Thanksgiving meal. Plus the turkey was way overcooked. Even the dark meat wasdry and inedible. I'm glad I got a backup turkey at Mosley's or my family's meal would have been ruined! I feel I wasted $60 atLad's and Dad's. I guess it's a buyer beware situation. Read more
Excellent steaks, New York Strip.. yummy! The produce they sell is delicious. The salad was fresh and crispy. The potatoes... turned out perfectly. That asparagus was fantastic. I live in the neighborhood and have been trying to support this place as a small business. Today I went in and NONE of the 4... employees I saw were wearing masks. This is unacceptable. Cases are at an all time high and these people are handling your food.I would think twice before giving them your business, LET ALONE trusting them with your health and safety. I told the owner that I wanted spicy flavor. He told me I said mild. And got an attitude with me about it. They also didn?t have... whole crab legs. They had portions he said he would take 2$ off because it wasn?t whole legs. They never took the $$2 bucks off.They don?t have dipping butter. They gave me butter spread. I?ll never in life eat from that place again. I would have been okif the seafood was up to par, but it was not. Don?t waste your money on this high priced seafood. You can find better. Always get my Fresh steaks here, Awesome! They actually had Conecuh Sausage when EVERYBODY else was out. They also have fresh... vegetables, awesome potatoes for baking. I could go on but I'm hungry, time to cook. Read more

One... stop shopping for dinner from fresh steaks, seafood, chicken, veggies, sides, salads and the best pork chops in town period!They also sell beer and wine so no need to go to a grocery store, get it all there! Once again we had the BEST smoked turkey at Thanksgiving. I come here often and have tried the freezer items, seafood and meat.... ALWAYS good and the friendliest family. Oh and I almost forgot the smoked chicken salad and west indies salad and all the cooleritems they have as well. I don't know if the chicken salad has won any awards but it should! Read more
