Today I had an order of several pizza's for a birthday party. They were slammed with so many big orders. I realized I forgot... one and they added it with no issue. No one greeted us at the register even though they had two young ladies standing there. They just look blank in there face ! I... said my order girl struggled to put it in on the computer. This place has really gone down hill with poor management and employees. I'm not sure if they are not properly trained or they... just don't care but they have poor work ethics. The store is a mess and probably would fail a health inspection. Last pizza thatI got was under cooked and I got sick from it. They should close this store down as it's giving Little Caesars a bad name. Read more
I had about a 30 minute wait. The pizza was about halfway cooked, it was not even cut! And they forgot to give me my marinara... sauce. I will not be going back! Read more
Plain and simple, they don?t wear gloves while making food in that place. I think it?s very unsanitary that you?re making people... good with your bare hands. What if you cut your hand and didn?t know it and you got your hands in different things trying tomake a pizza. They should defiantly make this mandatory. By far the nastiest little Caesars I've ever went too. The place was so unorganized. One lady was eating a pizza with no gloves... on and fake nails while boxing pizzas. I simply asked for a refund and said nothing and the manager had a attitude but karma hitwhen she asked me to sign the receipt but couldn't find a pen in the mess. Do better little Caesars. Worst pizza place in Mobile. Staff is horrible, have no clue how crazy bread is made,,, it looks like dog bones. You can not... order a classic pizza without them upcharging you and if you ask them to correct the price... they complain and say its theirpolicy to upcharge/upgrade to the more expensive pizza... not the original cheaper classic pizza. Rip off Kings of WestMobile. If you drive behind the store.. tske a deep breath... you can smell the marijuana and see the employees out back hangingout and having a hoot.
