Not only was my food cold...but when we called back, the little girl who answered was rude and the other girl in the back ground... thought it was hilarious we had cold food and laughed like a hyena. The took pride in telling us that we should return in therain with the pizza and "ticket" for a swap out. This is the worst customer service I?ve EVER EXPERIENCED at little Caesars Pizza! I wanted a fresh pizza the guy said they just... came up I said okay?handed him the money he dropped my change on the ground!!! Didn?t even say sorry?then he passed the boxafter checking it it appeared as if it had been sitting there for hours. I got his attention I said can you please make another.He stated I just told you that was just made! He snatched it and told me to park..he put the same pizza in the oven for 6 minsand gave me the same pizza again. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT! I won?t be back to this establishment again! They made my pizza to order and although there was a delay they made it right. The girl at the window was amazing friendly and... attentive. Her name was Michelle Jones and she should be in charge of training. A different store is closer to my home but thisis my store and the only one I'll go to from now on. Read more

I will never eat here again. I ordered my food from the app (don't.), was given a time 20 minutes later for my food to be ready.... Twenty minutes later, I stood and waited twenty minutes MORE for them to cook my food. I was given a burnt pizza and disgustingcheese bread, falling apart and pooled with grease. When I asked them to fix this, I was informed that "all of our pizzas looklike this". Other customers returning burnt and charred pizzas were being told the same thing. They refunded my pizza andreplaced my cheese bread with one completely devoid of toppings other than cheese, which was of course not what I asked for. Over time this Little Caesar's have been going down here. Some of the employees are flat out rude. Pizza are hardly ever hot n... ready. And then they try and charge you for an extra most bestest but give you regular pizza. When I was there last time a pizzafell on the floor and they still tried to hand it to a customer in front of me and got upset when she refused that pizza. On thesame visit they gave me a pizza with half a crust. I got a hold of corporate and yet nothing has been done to change anythingthere. I don't see this store being open much longer if things keep going this way which is to bad since I love Little Caesar'spizza and cheese bread. Read more
