Love coming here! We have eaten here over a dozen times and everything is amazing. The two times we did have an issue (our steak... was over cooked and a little burnt) the manger on duty went above and beyond to make it up to us and because of that we willcontinue to be a loyal supporter! Man, where do I begin!? My experience here was EXCELLENT! The crowd was a little heavy, but thank to calling in ahead and making... use of the mobile wait list, seating was a very small wait time. The service was simply FANTASTIC! Waitress was VERY welcoming,friendly and attentive. And the meal was prepared and served very quickly. And let me just say, the whole course was phenomenal!The Renegade Sirloin cooked medium well was delicious, very flavorful and juicy. The Shrimp Skewers were equally juicy, sautéedand seasoned to perfection! Served with an additional butter sauce, these babies seemingly melted in my mouth, and perfectlycomplemented my sirloin. As for the sides, my loaded baked potato was filled to the brim with melted cheese, bacon bits andchives. And Shrimp and Lobster Chowder was equally delicious, very smooth yet hearty, with generous chunks of lobster andshrimp. Went here last night for a family member?s birthday. I order a ribeye medium and it came out raw . We had to go and find our... waitress after 20 mins of her not coming back to the table . Asked for new mashed potatoes being that the blood from the rawsteak leaked into them . Being that it took so long I asked her when it?s ready could she just pack it to go for me . Wellneedless to say , they just scraped the whole plate into a Togo box and did not remake my mash potatoes. I read the reviewsbefore hand and thought I?d have a better experience, I was wrong ????. I ordered 2 steaks 1 medium well and 1 medium rare and both came medium well so I was given a gift card to get another steak and... the steak I got with the gift card was completely raw not sure if this was retaliation for the complaint?? And now 7 monthslater on 2/20/22 I ordered a steak at 330 was told pickup wouldn't be available till 4:45 got the steak around 5:05 and it waseven more raw than the last steak I ordered, i ordered this one medium rare but it doesn't look as though it has been cooked atall Read more
This is a very nice steakhouse restaurant. The steaks here are tender, moist and delicious. I like the fresh bread they give... each table before the meals are ready. Their soups, salads and mushroom appetizers are delicious also. The staff are nice andkeep everything clean and pleasant so you can enjoy dining in here. Read more
The server that we had was very quick, efficient, and nice. We were a party of thirteen and she accurately took our drink and... food orders correctly. She also stayed on top of our drink refills. The food was received quickly but it tasted just okay. Iordered grilled salmon, a sweet potato, mac n cheese, and a salad. The salmon and mac n cheese was bland to me but the sweetpotato was delicious with the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. My brother-n-law had to send his steak back because it wasn'tcooked the way that he requested it but my daughter and sister stated that their steak was delicious. The staff was AMAZING. Came in for Fathers Day and opted for the bar. Bartender was quick to everyone without neglecting a spot,... she ran that bar like a champ. Food was good, some of it way better than others. Salad could have been chopped better, but theperfect amount of dressing. Steaks were a little tougher than expected but cooked exactly to our choices. The mushrooms andonions were super tasty but my broccoli could have been seasoned and cooked better. Husbands baked potato was dry and loaded wasa loose term. Yet the Brussels were to die for. Overall, a great meal, just lacking in spots. May have been a bit due to thedemands of the night, so we may visit again when it's not a holiday. Read more
