Ordered a cookie and while I reviewed my order confirmation I realized it was for today not tomorrow so it was less than a... minute I called the store the lady in the background was telling to late order already made. So I asked the guy how can it bealready made when I just placed it online. He said sorry already done so then asked again how I just placed the order. He thesaid oh sorry this was another person it will be ready tomorrow. That?s what I heard the lady behind the man telling him. ( shewant know the difference what the hell). My experience at this great American cookies was HORRIBLE !! Customer service was a 0/0.. Me and 2 of my friends walked in, no... greeting or anything really didn?t think much of it but then keep in mind it?s about 15 minutes before closing and all I wantedwas a scoop of ice cream and a cookie.. they ignored me like me and my friends weren?t even there so I finally said somethingand they proceed to tell me that ?sorry but we close in like 10 seconds? I said well I?ve been standing here for 15 minutes andinstead of apologizing and acknowledging their mistake he proceeds to say ?We?ve had a long day? at that point I was very upsetand will not be coming here again. On top of that the woman that was scooping the ice cream stood before us 4 times pushing icecream down in the tubs and did not once ask us what we wanted.. very POOR customer service. Read more
I?m from Mississippi. I stopped here to try the cookies. Ordered peanut butter, sprinkle sugar cookie and m&m cookie placed over... the phone and sent my daughter in to pick up. When I got home, they gave me chocolate chip cookie instead of m&m. I don?t likethe cookies because it has a strong after taste. Read more
