I ordered delivery through the app. Well, I got a text from door dash that Bee was bring my order. It never came. So I tried... calling the phone number listed for my driver & it was disconnected. I ended up calling McAlister's & talked to both managers onduty. They were so nice & super helpful. They remade my order & got another door dash driver (Nicholas) to bring it. I thinkthey handled this situation very well but I do think McAlister's needs to consider having their own drivers. Update:11/06 Desperately need to hire some people. Food was cold by the time we got it & my extra bacon I ordered wasn't on it. Both ofthe cashiers looked like they didn't have a clue what was going on. Read more
This Sunday crew has it together. Great service by every member. There was a small crew when I arrived shortly after the... restaurant opened at 10am. Not bad, but it was not like my hometown Mcalisters. The sandwich was 50 cents more expensive, less chicken salad in the... sandwich and provided no napkins with the meal- had to go to the counter and ask for more. My hometown store has a napkindispenser on each table-- this one had none. Read more
my lunch at 1:00 was spent standing in line, only one cashier working and making everyones drinks. Four other employees walking... around, stopping the only cashier for help, delivery food, cleaning tables ,or just standing there. cashier needed 4 stars fortrying, but poor girl needed help and at lunch there should have been two cashiers working. This is a nice deli restaurant. They have such good sandwiches and salads. I also like their cookies and brownies for dessert... treats. The place seems clean and nice inside. The staff is very nice and prepares and serves you quickly. Their prices arereasonable and it is convenient. Read more

Food was good... very disorganized.. no paper or hard copy menu available after the app failed repeatedly ....had to pay by... credit card on the app even though you were there sitting at the table..... table number was not clearly marked atall!!!.....when some in our party was able to get the app to work it was a nightmare navigating it easily.... Staff was friendlyand helpful place was clean.... social distancing rules were observed.. so why not five stars ? see all above.. this was myfirst visit to the place I was in a party of approximately 20 people.
