I spent 15 minutes at the drive thru menu. Never got my order taken so I went inside and waited another 30 minutes for two... cheese burgers, fries and a drink. The girl at the register was doing everything she could to help everyone. The manager wasoutside with some people laughing and joking around. When she finally came in I had to wait for fresh fries because she saidthey burnt the fries. In my opinion- if your the manager and you see your drive thru really busy and people inside, wouldn't theobvious answer be to cut your break or whatever you were doing outside and come in and help? Everytime I go to this location IALWAYS have problems. But I don't want to go 30 minutes out of the way for food. But it looks like I'm gonna start. Read more
I felt like the young lady taking the drive through orders was screaming. She kept cutting me off as I was trying to order. They... were pulling every car up to curbside pick up to wait for food. She handed me my coke it was messy I then had to ask for napkinsthen a straw. She then said ?I didn?t give you a straw?? As if I was lying about a 2 cent straw. Pulled up to the drive thru and placed my order. Pulled around to the 1st window and paid at 1:19. Got to the 2nd wrongdoer and... was given drinks and told to pull into the curbside pickup. After 20 minutes the girl brings out my order. It's missing 4 fries.I got my horn which she ignored so I had to yell at her to which she said "ummm ok".
