The best and strangest part of McDonald's is that the food tastes the same every single time, for as long as I can remember.... They are woefully understaffed, and although the few they have on each shift generally work very hard, the service is painfullyslow. This is true for every location I have visited in the past year. Went through drive thru today and ordered a double cheeseburger & fries. Had a craving. Normally I don?t eat fast food! Burger &... fries were cold. Went in restaurant to have them redone. Heard the burger maker complaining about having to remake the burger,which was even colder than the first one. The new fries were unsalted and room temp. Also, no napkins or ketchup, which I hadasked for both. This is exactly why I don?t eat fast food anymore!!!! This McDonalds is GROSS!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORTIME!!!!!!! Sometimes the experience at this location is what you'd expect from McDonald's, though more often than not it's sub-par. One... time we were overcharged $10. When my wife tried to correct this the individual at the window dismissively said the differencewas "pretty much the same thing." The individual turned out to be the manager. This also wasn't the last time we wereovercharged. They don't actually mix their McFlurries here, they merely put the ingredient on top so you predominantly havevanilla soft serve ice cream. When I asked an employee about this she said they haven't done that in years and the machine isbroken. More often than not the items received are wrong, which happens in fast food, the issue here however is the frequencyand that often times the employees will argue with you rather than correct it. Been to this location 5 or 6 times, EVERY SINGLE TIME something was missing. I always look before I leave since getting your... order takes about 15-20 minutes to get and stuff is still is missing. This time I was tired/dumb and didn't look in the bagbefore I left. Get home, no Big Mac and of course thrown together messy and burnt Mcdoubles. I call 3 times, no amswer. Went through drive thru ordered chicken nugget meal and cheese burger plain. I have to go back to get my cheese burger They... left out. I get home and my daughter bites into this burnt ch burger THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY gave us after ihad to already go back to get it since they left it out the first time. Read more
They've recently updated the inside of this particular restaurant so the inside is really nice. However, their service is... terrible. The drive-thru line was very backed up so I parked & went inside. There was one person in front of me & 2 behind me.The guy in front of me placed his order, then stepped to the side to wait. I placed my order (a chicken nugget happy meal & 3frozen sprites) and stepped to the side, then the 2 people behind me did the same. First guy got his order in about 5 minutes. Icontinued waiting. More people came in. No one at the counter. The guy waited long time to place his order. I'm still waiting.2 kids come in, their order they picked up in drive-thru was wrong. Another lady came in from drive-thru. Her order was alsowrong. Several more people came in to order. The 2 people who ordered after I did got their food. Wrong. I've been waiting 25minutes at this point. I speak up. They completely skipped over my order and had to make it. The 2nd lady who had come incomplaint about her meal being wrong was back in there; she had ordered a chocolate shake & was given a Frappuccino. Severalmore incorrect orders. I finally got my happy meal & left. This isn't an isolated incident. This store is consistently wrong onorders, and the night shift is an absolute joke. Luckily on this day, I was dealing with the day shift. I only go to this storebecause it is near my house and my granddaughter likes happy meals, otherwise I'd never go here. Read more
