Stopped in to grab breakfast for my girlfriend and I and I was pleasantly surprised at how well they seem to be doing at this... particular location. Just down the street at the Azalea Road location, I wish things could go.as well. This location is clean,well-staffed, and deliver on a quality product. We stopped at this location on our way to Florida. Rude staff. They did not give my son his coffee and two apple juice... containers. We had to return. They glared at him at both windows for THEIR error. We drive away, and they gave him the coffeeand no juice boxes. They gave him a sausage biscuit instead. Seriously! One of the more "lower end" establishments of the well known restaurant chain. My visit here today was a exercise in mediocrity... at best, the level of customer service was pitiable. I arrived and placed a curbside order, pretty standard fair. But after 30minutes of waiting I received a status update on my order stating I received it. Upon arriving inside to investigate thematter, I'm informally met with an irate manager who went out of her way to tell me that the "Curbside Ordering" was ainconvenience to them due to being understaffed. If this is so, then they may as well remove the banners outside ENCOURAGINGcustomers to utilize it. And while I somewhat understood the staffing, what I DIDN'T understand was how she failed to politelygreet me, made zero attempts to apologize for the situation, and brazenly stated that MY order was cycled out to another patronwhile I sat patiently outside for 30 minutes waiting for it. It is THIS mundane level of service and associates that continuesto belittle and tarnish McDonald's name as a whole. The chain has become something of a joke as of late, as you come to expectservice of this caliber now. So the situation was rectified by remaking my order, which of course required MORE waiting, and myreward for my patience was my meal served with over cooked hardened fries and yet another failed opportunity for an apology. IWill NOT be returning to this location ????????, and if you value good service...and edible fries, I recommend you all avoid aswell. And to my unapologetic manager here, I HIGHLY recommend a few lessons in etiquette and decency. Quarter pounder with cheese not cooked raw in middle called store over and over no one ever answered phone.
This has not been the first time I have gone to this particular McDonald's. It appears the entire crew is never on same page... (get customer in and out in timely manner), but instead argue loudly among themselves with a lobby full of paying customerslistening and looking while asking the question...can I just have my food please. It was 15 minutes before I was able to placemy order. To be fair, maybe the food wasn't ready quick enough or maybe ran out. However, some plan to keep enough (or morethan enough food) in the bin should be implemented! On a positive note, my food was hot, flavorful and delicious! Read more
This McDonald?s is typically super slow. Today it wasn?t bad. The lady at the window taking payment was awesome. The last time I... came here and got a caramel sundae, I hardly had any Carmel.
