Their night shift crew on 11/5/2022 makes you wait 10 minutes at the drive through so when you finally pull around because you... think maybe their headset is broke? they STARE at you and refuse to come up to the window to take your order or EVEN talk toyou. So every time I go to this McDonald?s I either get poor customer service or the food is awful. I?ve been there 3 times. They... won?t ever fix the food either. Also, the phone number for the store is incorrect. When I asked for the correct phone number,they refused to give it to me. I completed the survey hoping that would help, but no. The chicken nuggets my child was givenwere pink on the inside. Of course, because there?s no correct phone number, I was unable to call them. That day I was unable togo back up there, so I got screwed on that order. They?ll never get another dime from me. We now go to Burger King instead. Read more
The drive thru lady was so happy and friendly I couldn?t help but to smile! Having worked a drive thru myself I understand the... demands of the job can be challenging, but this woman was so good at what she did making customers feel welcomed as she tooktheir orders. The fries were hot and fresh, unlike other McDonalds in the area. My kids said their happy meals were delicious.We got our food fast. I wish they?d bring back the snack wraps, but I imagine that decision was made at corporate level. Ienjoyed my fries and Diet Coke, though. Wonderful customer service for our third time stopping here on our way through from Biloxi. Everyone is kind and has awesome... customer service skills. Service with a smile. Even those with masks- smile with their eyes. Very respectful, good at theirjobs. And they were rushing in and out to quickly get orders to people who were having to wait in their car for their orders-due to the staff being so busy. Our food was fresh. I have zero complaints. The milkshake was not an option, but I canunderstand- as that's usually the case at every McDonald's we go to. My daughter enjoyed her apples and blueberry muffin. This McDonald's is closer to me and it's been almost a month now and I have to travel to a different McDonald's everyday to get... my Frappuccino. I go to McDonalds all over Baldwin and Mobile county, fairly often. I went here and the staff was so pleasant! The food though!... The biscuit was so soft and fluffy, the eggs were made with some sort of magic, I'm not sure, but this was by far, the BESTservice and food I have ever received at a McDonalds.
